We ordered a large coke, a free water, buy one McDouble and second one for $1.00. Staff were very friendly when we ordered service was quick all under 5 minutes.
We used the restrooms both were very clean. We were not use to no refills but that’s fine this location did not have it. Overall restaurant looked clean, the outside of the restaurant was well maintained. Thanks again we were just passing through to get home to Canada!

I waited 20 minutes to order and there was only one person in front of me. The cashier went over my order several times and it was still not right. He had to go get manager to take off apple slices but they still ended up in our bag with extra small fries. I asked him about the buy get one for a dollar. He gave me incorrect information and then I was charged full price. When taking apples back a black Jamaican woman had an attitude about it and we got into it in front of everyone about my order and what I paid to be right. All our food was old. The fries weren’t fresh/hot at all. The chicken nuggets weren’t fresh. My McDouble taste so bad after a couple bites I can’t stand to eat any more. I no longer eat McDonald’s how I do when I was younger and I’m reminded why on visits like this. Burger King is right next good I’m very upset that I wasted my money here instead of getting a whopper jr they never miss on taste or freshness. I came to this McDonald’s for play area and to show my children my first job. I worked here when they first opened this location and even worked across the street at the old location. I remember on weekends the whole lobby would be packed with people, only two cashiers, and at 15 with a store full of teenagers we did a far better job than what I experienced today! I haven’t been to a McDonald’s in months and after today I will not be returning. The food was awful! My kids did not want anything to do with “the worlds best fries!”

Ordered a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit as a mobile order redeeming an online only offer for a $2 breakfast sandwich. It was raining so I felt bad about making an employee bring me my order so I went in. The cashier said they were still making my order. The manager said they were waiting on biscuits. They offered me a drink which I accepted and was considering ordering one so I appreciated it. A couple of minutes later my biscuit was ready. I sat down to eat. They had forgotten to put a slice of cheese on it. The biscuit was hot, flaky and tasted good. The sausage patty was barely done. I prefer my sausage seared on both sides. I did not complain and enjoyed my biscuit and drink.

I’m winning a lunch timer to order a happy meal. I waited there 25 minutes. Basically my whole launch break mentioned this to the lady at the counter, who continuously ignored me and she wanted to argue with me and tell me that somebody else’s happy meal was mine that she set on the counter, I watched these people walk in grab it and movie. The problem is she wanted argue with me instead of making it right. Terrible attitude. Will never go in this store again because they were also operating like a terrible circus . Mistakes left and right

They say they are open 24 hours but there not. Two days in a row I tried to get breakfast at 4:40 am and both times the screens were completely off no one answered the drive through and there was definitely someone inside. I use to be able to stop in at 4 in the morning. No warnings saying they were switching hours either. Even on here it says 24 hours.
This is an update to my current review. Switched it to a one star because its now on day 4 or 5 of trying to get McDonald’s at 4:30 in the morning and they haven’t opened yet. It started during the snow storm so I gave them the benefit of doubt maybe no one could make it in but now theres zero reason. It still says open 24/7 however theres employees there yet they remained closed.

Food is as you would expect from a place like that. This place is slightly worse than the average. If it is possible to imagine a group of people taking even less care than the average fast food place and that’s what is happening here. Be careful the employees are very poorly trained, and frequently Don’t give the appropriate discounts and get the details of your order incorrect
