The cleanliness of the kid zone is inconsistent and very irregular one rag was on the slide and the kids had been playing with it very gross I would love it if they were more consistent with cleaning the rags sat there for over 2 hours before a staff member picked them up but did not do any other cleaning I even had to wipe my own table and I mentioned when I went to the front that I need napkins to clean the table

NEVER go to this Mcdonalds at midnight, horrible managers of this shift, they do not work well, more than half an hour in lines because they never give the orders correctly and they take longer to figure out which order are taking out, and the cashiers do not know how to do their jobs well. It is understood that there are very ugly rushes at midnight, but the service they offer is lousy and the managers never want to show their faces or even give you the right orders if you are going to complain to them. I always buy at this establishment and there are always problems with those on the night shift, especially with the manager in charge.

The restaurant manager refused to give me her name or the name of the General Manager. The restaurant failed to keep their food delivery system updated with the correct available menu items. As a a result the customer’s order had to be canceled and the food delivery agent’s time and resources were wasted. When reporting to the manager she was less than receptive to the issue and then refused to provide the necessary contact information. She was not wearing a name tag and was uncooperative in helping to get this situation resolved so future customers and food carriers would not be inconvenienced. I do not recommend ordering delivery items from this particular location. I also do not recommend delivery carriers to accept delivery requests from this particular location.

Went a few days ago around midnight line was extremely long waited 10min for someone to answer at the drive thru. Lady was rude from the start, asked if I was using my mobile app said yes provided her with my code, then she proceeds to say “what are the numbers for”with a really bad attitude. I still haven’t received my points, when I input my receipt information I get an error stating information has been submitted but when I go to my history I show no record. Management needs to look into their employees, looks like they are collecting points for themselves!

Food is great and the service is fast. Only 3 stars because its the only mcdonalds that doesn’t have slushies even though its advertised and provided at other mcdonalds but I chose to go there because its closer to home. Also they tend to mess up my orders so I always have to check my food before leaving.

This time was one of the first times that I was disappointed. I ordered through the app, parked, submitted my number, and waited well over 10 minutes. Come to find out they didn’t have my order. I had to go through the drive thru and reorder. The whole ordeal took over 30 minutes.
