I fairly enjoy this McDonald’s. My favorite item is the McChicken. Whenever I want something to grab quickly I stop by here. BUT there have been so many downsides to this place lately. The service has gotten much slower and the employees are very mean too. The evening employees are nice but the morning/ lunch ones are phew something else. Another point I would like to make is that I love McDonald’s drinks. They are so cold and crispy and perfect for summer days. My all time favorite drink is the Diet Dr. Pepper and although Maccy D doesn’t have this drink I would highly recommend corporate to consider adding it to the lineup.

It was fine. Wanted to use my app to get half off on a 10 piece but the code wouldn’t work and the guy at the window didn’t let me try to use a second code. They also decided to take someone’s order while talking to me and it took for ever for me to give my card to pay. Not a great experience at this McDonald’s location.

Always backed up around the opposite side of the building, always slow, order is usually missing items, the staff doesn’t listen. An elderly employee was complaining that she was doing the job of three people and apologizing for the long wait (It made me sad for her to have to even be a Mc Donald’s employee at her age, she should be retired and not struggling). You’d expect more than one staff member to be wearing a headset for drive-thru orders, and it seems even then nobody hears the orders. Usually only one window operating and on the occasion two are in use window one trends to forget the receipt or their printer is out of paper, then something is wrong with the order and window two wants to argue about the receipt and try to charge you again. The tall manager ( at least I think he’s supposed to be a manager) is very rude and doesn’t seem to know the proper way to speak with customers. Have had to speak to him several times and his response is usually “that’s how it is” or “new policy, started yesterday”, both of which are not true based on interactions with another manager from same location. If you are in the area and really want McDonald’s, go to a different location.

If you are looking for employment do not work at this location. They hire anybody and are desperate at promoting anyone to general manager since the whole franchise is short staffed. Upper management turns a blind eye when store managers even the general manager are abusing their authority by being work bullies and racists. They have no authority or control over their lives outside of work, so when they do come to work stressed the hell out and miserable they take it out on everyone else especially that general manager who’s unprofessional, disrespectful, ignorant and lazy. 0/10 recommendation I highly would not recommend.
