Kiosk stopped working, so I couldn’t finish my order there. Attempted to order at the counter. 1 person disappeared in the back when she saw me. It took another worker coming in to get someone to wait on me. That person was good and helpful, but then they got my order wrong. I ordered a double hamburger, but got a single. The same person corrected the order and brought me the double hamburger.

Very unwelcoming location. It’s a university location, so I really expected much better. Un attentive staff. Uncomfortable interactions with loby lurking locals.( begging in store in line. While waiting much time for any acknowledgement from staff.) Also no questions asked about said begging/ bothering me the customer. Even after repeated aggressive attempts by local beggar. Also bad customer service. once I finally was addressed. I was low on a gift card to be able to complete the transaction with the gift card alone. No advise, suggestions nor compassion was offered. The table sign at this location clearly says to use the app for “order delivery to table.” When placing my order in the McDonald’s app, I selected “deliver to table” and entered my table number as instructed.
I waited at my table for over 30 minutes, but no food was delivered. When I finally asked the staff about my order, I was told that they called out the order number and someone else took the food. They then said they could not cancel the order or remake it.
I explained that I followed the instructions exactly and stayed at my table the entire time, expecting table delivery as advertised. The staff responded that they “can’t do that,” which directly contradicts what both the app and the table signage state.
This was very frustrating and disappointing. If this location does not actually support table delivery, the signage and app options should be corrected, or customers should not be penalized for following the posted instructions.

The entire facility needs to be restaffed up to the gm. Just because you have a window timer doesn’t mean your customers have to pull forward so you can look good. Stop forcing your customers to wait 10 minutes for food because you want your system too look good. That’s not helping and it’s lying to your corporate office because you don’t want to be held accountable. Never had frappe’s available always turns them off in the app. Just because your at a university doesn’t mean you can act like you don’t have anything. Get your store together. Trash customer service/care.

Every time I go to this McDonald’s whether it’s on the inside or the outside, if I go through the drive-thru I just sit at the microphone and no one ever says one moment where can I take your order tonight I just pulled off and left. Went there to get dinner and ordered from the kiosk, then I chose the option to pay for cash and it told me to take a receipt but the receipt never printed and it wouldn’t have mattered if I paid in cash because there was no one at the cash register and then I heard someone at the back say “where is my front people?” so then I had to pay with a card and waited a little bit to get my food then I receive my food and get a cup and I go to get ice at the fountain machine and low and behold no ice was coming out so I had to leave with a fountain drink with no ice. This is not a very good first impression of a McDonalds and is the worst McDonalds I have been to and it wasn’t even that late since it was only 6:00PM with that said the employees were very friendly but seemed like it was managed very poorly.

Genuinely the worst McDonald’s I have ever been too, you will wait 20 minutes in their drive thru to even order, they will pull you froward and make you sit there for 10 minutes when you are the only person in line, this isn’t just a one off occasion, it’s litterally ALWAYS like this. They’re always slow and take forever. Very unprofessional when I’m in there and in the drive through. Also recently had my car towed after being parked there for 6 WHOLE MINUTES trying to get into the store after they messed up my order. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. There is a McDonald’s on east market street that is phenomenal and I have never had an issue.
