My son is deaf. He’s also learning how to count money and learning the value of a dollar. As a reward for finishing his chores, he earned up money… and today was the day he could cash in! After carefully assessing the menu, he had picked out as much as his $6 would allow. Half of his earnings happened to be coins. It was busy. Yet the lady behind the counter patiently waited for him to count it out. Not even a sign of frustration adorned her demeanor when he had to restart! Above and beyond? Absolutely… and I appreciate you for that!

Very disappointing I sat at the second drive thru for 5 minutes and was told 3 times to hold on while they helped others at the next first. Came inside to get dirty looks and no help so went back out to my car and had to pull through twice till someone helped me. Disgusting and honestly expect better if you can’t do your job let me do it

I think a lot of McDonald’s have gotten away from their customer service/satisfaction, but this location seems to have stuck to their roots. As a (busy) mom who usually has two kids by herself, I cannot tell you how much I appreciated the hospitality shown.
The only true complaint that I think warrants being mentioned is that there is no actual parking in front of the door for non handicapped persons. The parking that would have been designated for regular folks now has curbside delivery. This means average folks (some of whom may have young kids) need to walk across the parking lot. While the distance certainly isn’t an issue, it does potentially put the kids at risk. I hope this location will reconsider where they have their curbside delivery located.

Absolutely horrible. The workers were not working at all. They kept kissing and hugging instead of working. I literally sat staring at my food for 15 minutes while the workers decided to play around on their phones and with each other. And that’s after I spent 20 minutes in line. My order was incredibly small. Two fries and two hamburgers.

Both self service screens were not working. The person ahead of us got the managers attention. He took the order. Then seeing that I and three other people were in line, he walked to fill the large order he just took and ignored everyone else. After 20 minutes of waiting we walked out. Will never got to this store again!!!

Ordered a steak McGriddle asked for NO EGG obviously got egg on it… pulled it off but generally that takes all the cheese with it. I asked for extra grilled onions and got raw onions instead which this sandwich comes with the grilled ones normally. Not happy I spent $6 on this. Not the first time either

Had plenty of time to write this review as I sat in the drive thru with only 3 people ahead of me and waiting 30 minutes to get my food. All just to get handed someone else’s order when I got to the window. Food was par for the course, but DO NOT go to this location if you expect there to be anything “fast” about it.

Orders are most often missing an item. There is a long wait time in the drive-thru, and unprofessional management in the store. The location is going from bad to worse in the past few years. This location ranks as one of the worst McDonald’s locations that I’ve ever been to.

To busy playing on their phones. Took absolutely forever to get my food without it even being busy and stood at the counter for over 5 minutes before being acknowledged. Food was gross on top of that. Great work
