I ordered a large coffee with 5 creams, no sugar. The cup was so hot that I put it in the cupholder and waited until I got home to taste it. Ugh. Big mistake. It tasted like they put 10 sugars, no cream whatsoever.
I drove back and the guy made another one for me without speaking. After I pointed out that it was a hassle for me to drive all the way back there because they made a mistake, he mumbled “sorry” and took off.
Whatever happened to courtesy?

I see why this place has 3 stars. Customer service! This young lady had attitude at the window for no reason. As soon as she opened the window there was no good morning or how are you. She just looked at us as if we made her come to work. How do you get a job in customer service and just show up mad. If you hate talking to people get a job where you don’t have to talk to people. I told her she could at least smile before I drove off……

Horrible experience again!!! Everytime we order food from here it’s a horrible experience.
My kids and wife love the coffee/iced coffees, but the food order service need to be revamped, they are slow and you can tell disorganized.
I placed my order at 10:23 am., the drive thru line was full but there was no one on the store, half of my drink order came right up. At 1045 my order still had not been finished.. Then, at 10:48 the manager handed me a bag of food, I checked to see of all my food items were there and there was missing food.. I asked for a refund and the manager starts an augue with me about them being short staffed.. There were literally 9 people working behind the counter. I finally left the store at 10:56 am. with my competed order, I got home to feed my family and the food was cold.
Everytime I go to this store the experience is not pleasant.
The manager would have rather given me an excuse of being short staffed instead of apologizing and completing my order in a fashionable time.

Horrible experience! Rude employee! Her name is Lizzie .Ordered donuts got home and found a donut that looked like someone had taken a bite. Drove back to the store and asked for a manager. The employee who was very rude and unprofessional said there was no manager. I asked for a supervisor and got the same response. I opened the box to show her the donut and she just gave a blank stare and asked what was wrong?! I had to point out the obvious donut that looked bitten only for her to point behind her and show me a chunk of donut on the shelf and explained that it had broken off! I asked her to replace it. Again, with no apologies she reached for another donut and practically threw it in the box! I had enough of the rude behavior and asked for a refund. She walked off and asked her fellow employee to help. Michelle had a better attitude and issued my refund! Such a shame that this is how they are treating customers! Would give ZERO stars if I could! DISGUSTING

The girls at this location were so nice this morning. With it being thanksgiving I’m all out of sorts with food prep so going in to get a breakfast sandwich was first on my list. They were so welcoming and kind and funny, will be returning.

We ordered bacon and when we pulled around the corner they gave us half of our order. We said we had ordered bacon and the lady said it’s coming. We did NOT get the bacon and she said we had to go around behind the long line behind us to get our bacon that we had asked about. We explained that it was not fair and we had asked when the bacon was coming. When we were still talking a lady who had honey brown hair and her hair was tied up proceeded to shut the window in our face while we were still talking. We did not get any bacon nor an apology or any compensation. It was her own fault for not ringing it in when we repeatedly asked for it. BTW we had somewhere we were running late too so we could not wait in the long line to go and get the bacon. We now had one hungry person in the car and the time they spent telling us to go around and arguing with us they could have made the bacon and we could’ve paid and left.

The person taking orders had zero personality and was rude. They got my order incorrect. They throw the food on the counter and barely stated what it is and who it’s for. Luckily my son was standing right there or we would have missed it. First and last time. We’ll stick to the one in Hiram.

They had the music so loud you couldn’t hear. I was gonna sit down and enjoy a breakfast sandwich and coffee but it was just too loud. I left
