Clean, well managed store. It’s as good as a McDonald’s could be whenever I stop in for lunch taking service, speed, cleanliness and food. Don’t usually charge for an extra sauce which is nice. Plus free food if you use the app. QP with cheese and fries were fresh and hot. Napkins and ketchup I’m the bag. And the free buffalo sauce. Also had a strawberry banana smoothie that’s was good. With the free QPC from the app I spent about $5 out the door.

This Berea location had the worst 2 big macs my wife and i have ever eaten. When i complained to the manager. All he said was “they are on a timer…not much i can do.” Not what i wanted to hear. One of the employees stood outside the window smoking a weed bowl. Not that i mind… but he went back to work without washing his hands.

It shouldn’t take 20 minutes to get a burger and cold fries in a drive-thru, especially for the prices they charge now. Many people were standing around in the front. This place is good half the time anymore.

Never enough help. There is a woman “squatter” takes up the first booth in the dining area every day who stays for hours on end, leaves her coat or bags and drinks on the table while she leaves and shops in other stores, other young people are seen sleeping or also spending the entire day. Not good for business.
