I understand it was a large order. It was Friday night. I actually tried to mobile order it but it wouldn’t let me mobile order. So I had to go in there and order through the drive-through. I did let the person know that I had a few things to order and it was all going to be regular so no double meat and stuff for the hole order. And I ordered everything the way I had it on the mobile order I pulled up paid. They told me to pull forward and park out front, so I i did. I asked them to double-check and make sure everything was there since they were parking me out front. And I guess that offended them. So then, when they brought me everything, 3 people came out, and darner near threw the stuff in the window.my son and his friend talked about how mad they were the hole way home it when i finally got through the stuff, i found out how bad they messed it up i had to look at the Receipt to figure out what they had actually done. Because it’s such a large order. All I knew that the totals were really close to the 2. From my mobile order to the one that I placed at the actual store. We’re supposed to have 4 spicy potato burritos instead. I want to put 4 cheesy roll ups. Which as you can see from the pictures. I don’t have very much cheese at all and all my grilled cheese steak. Burritos, which we got the meal for 10.99 a piece. Only had 2 or 3 pieces of steak, which means they deliberately did different things to different items. A few of my guests did not care, and a few of my guests and i, of course, would not eat anything. It was a great way to spend $100.00 dollar’s at Taco Bell and have that experience. I use speech to text for most of this, so it doesn’t make sense, sorry.

Thank you for whoever was working the window at this time had a long day my wife is pregnant and having cravings… but the service even if it was brief was exceptional it’s midnight usually you get the grumpy people but I’m happy that someone was happy to give me service im born and raised in this area and I’m sorry I should’ve gotten a name but keep doing what your doing and you’ll go far thank you I had a long day so someone to be cool and talk to me with care goes a long way !

This is I’ve of the best Taco Bell restaurants in the area. I don’t even live nearby, but if I want a snack and am on 512 between Puyallup and Lakewood it’s very easy to quickly grab a taco and get neck on my way.

i ordered via the app for dine in for my lunch break, came in and misheard 5he employee yell out a name which sounded like mine, i took the wrong order by accident, saw it was a mistake, brought it back and apologized twice. the line cook woman, right in front of me very angrily kept telling the entire staff about what i did, embarassing me ecen further for a simple mistake, then that woman told ME to throw the food away cuz she couldnt serve it. then kept talking about my mistake more. i asked for a refund cuz now i felt really uncomfortable being there and thatvthe line cook was being aggresive towards me putting me on blast like that, manager came out and told me that the line cook did nothing wrong and couldnt give me a refund so i left before things escalated. i paid them, got no food. embarassing behavior from adults

They’re lazy. Didn’t even take the time to steam my quesadilla. Just shredded cheese in a tortilla. THEY DIDNT EVEN CUT IT!! You don’t want Taco Bell that bad. Just get something else.

This Taco Bell had become my favorite, the food used to be great, it was always like I had prepared it for myself at home. And then I received this. There have been other times before when the taco shells had been all broken up, cold and or no meat, spicy meat?? Try to figure that one out….. Smh…. Gross food here lately.
