Fix your stupid app. I paid through the app, didn’t bring my wallet, went to pick it up and they said it didn’t come through, it’s a “common issue” with the app so I had to cancer the order online and pay there. But I didn’t bring my wallet because I already paid. The person at the window was super sweet and attempted to get the manager to compat least my crying daughters meal and the manger was extremely rude to the worker for asking. Someone needs to have a conversation with her about how to speak and treat her employees. So my daughter didn’t get her food, the person just trying to do their job was treated poorly by someone above them, AND it used my points.

Hadn’t been to a McDonalds in literally 5 years. Decided to give it a go for the nostalgia. Ordered 2 McDoubles and 2 McChickens. Was asked to immediately pull up and wait. Waited for 20 minutes. All sandwiches made wrong and one missing. However, they did include some complimentary Buffalo Sauce for some strange reason. Maybe I’ll try again in 5 years.

Stopped in for a quick bite on the way home. Parking lot was pretty empty. Walked to the counter and saw a guy standing there. After a minute or so I asked if he had ordered and he said he was waiting on his food, but it had taken him 15 minutes to order it. I walked out.

Employee on 12/23/2023 at around 8:07pm was eating chicken McNuggets fries and drinking a soda all while packaging peoples food in bags. Was even eating over the bags. On top of that which is already unsanitary my food was horrible. My quarter pounder meat must have been pieced together from the warming trays. The meat was cold and old and you could really tell that they are not following proper SOPs which the hold times of food. Then after I wasn’t able to even try to attempt to eat anymore of the quarter pounder I opened up my McCrispy. More like Mcsoggy and old and dry and can definitely tell the grease is old. I will attach a couple photos. Please fix your food quality and food safety and stop allowing workers to eat while touching others food . If employees are hungry go eat on break like everyone else who works any kind of job.

I didn’t receive my Double Cheeseburger. The McFlurry was supposed to be the new Grandma’s there was hardly any flavor in it. Also it was only 3/4 of the way full. The worker only topped it off with vanilla. There was also a worker on her cell phone while attempting to make fries.

This McDonald’s in capable of filling the fries. Given the option I would highly recommend picking a different location if you anytime other than breakfast. The morning crew is ok, but after that good luck.
