I decided to treat myself and my friends to Blaze Pizza for a Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show watch party, but unfortunately the experience really put a damper on our night.
When we started eating, we all noticed a strange burnt taste – and upon checking, realized the entire bottom of the pizza was burnt. Every slice had the same issue. I even tried to salvage a piece by peeling off the bottom of the crust to make it somewhat edible, but the rest of the pizza was still sitting in my fridge untouched. I reached out to management via email to share my concern. They initially offered me a free pizza, but as I explained, I didn’t feel comfortable accepting another one after this experience.
Instead of addressing my request for a refund, my email was transferred to “technical support, then sent back to management, and I was eventually offered points in the app as a final solution.
This entire process was frustrating and felt very unprofessional – especially after spending over $30 for what was meant to be a fun treat with friends. I’m extremely disappointed in how my concern was handled and still believe a refund is the appropriate resolution. I truly expected better customer care from Blaze Pizza and hope management reconsiders how situations like this are handled.

They can’t follow a simple instruction. I ordered deliver for goddess salad with no olives and unions with side dressing. Got my delivery with my salad with olives and unions and no side dressing or you can even say no dresssing at all. What give options with they can’t even follow the instructions.

I didn’t have any expectations about this place. I had blazed bbq pizza, the portion was enough for the stomach to feel full without any waste. The taste was good. The only downside might be that it was crowded in the store (but that might vary depends on the hour).

Pizza was so delicious, staff was friendly and generous. Kim who was my cashier was the BEST, so sufficient and upbeat ! I appreciated his service and he definitely went above and beyond . I hope he stays at this location , very polite worker and communication skills is superb, he made my first experience here great and put the perfect amount of sauce on my pizza . His service 10/10

This is not my first time ordering in this location. Yet, it did happen again. Burnt parts kill the tastes and long-term health concerns if everyone consumes this. Also, it’s very tiresome to try to remove the burnt parts

The environment there is so welcoming, the workers are super helpful and guided me through the menu. My server was Sophia and she was especially helpful and made my pizza beautifully. 10/10 I would def recommend.

Really worth it! I got a whole small pie of regular pizza for 7$ and it fills you up. They have other options like adding a topping or more and it’s not too crazy. I love the build your own concept. It’s not a long wait and it’s served hot and delicious!!

Overall, extremely good. The employees are very friendly and helpful. Whatever toppings you want for $14 personal pie. Very good for vegetarians, many veggie options, all fresh and tasty. Very well executed fast casual restaurant. They will change gloves betwen customers if you request it, which i find very accomodating.
Only negative is the entire restaurant needs a full deep cleaning as its clearly aged and could be cleaner. Food areas are clean tho!
