Such a trashy little place and the manger herself could learn a thing or two! Don’t recommend this place! Not friendly service! Rude! Manager thinks she knows everything! Next time I’ll just keep driving to the next town for service because it will probably be better than this dump! This is why places like this go under! It’s the people who ruin services! You can’t make it when your customer service sucks and you’re arguing with the customer! Customer is always right! Apparently you’re not very intelligent to know that!

Sitting in the drive through for half an hour and can’t even get out since the line goes all around me. Barely moving every few minutes. They take orders 2 to 1 in the outside lane. I just got out with my food with a total of 32 minutes and it tastes like it was cooked 15 minutes ago.

Did you know they’re no longer doing free refills of hot tea? If you’re a coffee drinker, you get free refills but McDonald’s discriminates against tea drinkers! Whomever it is that makes these crazy rules needs a dose of common sense. Also, this McD’s doesn’t have filtered water–unlike seemingly all others that do across the nation–so the iced tea looks gross and cloudy. Despite these issues, the people who work here seem very nice.

Two cups of plain oatmeal, uncooked with no apples or raisins mixes, a burned black bagel. Imagine having employees so lazy they couldn’t be bothered to reach over six inches and reach back to plop a tiny bag of raisens in.
At this point these experiences are beyond disappointing and are downright infuriating. All I wanted this Saturday morning was a convenient meal. For $20 I’d have thrown it at the McDonald’s worker if I’d been the one to pick it up. Im over these companies and everyone’s lazy excuses or apologies. I’m poor and tired of my hard earned money being handed over in exchange for trash.
Your job can be done better by my six year old, get it together.
