Why have inside dining. the ability to even get someone’s attention within the closet opening that is now used as the ordering area and anyone who does notice you tells you to use a kiosk but will disappear quicker than you can even respond because they just say something without you looking at them to tell them the kiosses don’t work only to have all five of us walk out why have an inside dining room just close it down just just make a bunch of McDonald’s classic locations that’s what you want I’m only saying this because it’s true will no longer waste my time because if my time not valued by the people I spend my money at I’ll never go there and spend my money again Good luck none of this would even meant to be mean just honest too bad. from what I seen You guys stop caring a long time ago. ;| too bad.

My wife ordered some drive-thru earlier. Not only were none of the burgers labeled (we ordered unique items on each) but the French fries were like, TRIPLE salted. They were inedible. I used 15 paper towels trying to de-salt them and it was not nearly enough. Clearly the people working don’t care what’s going on.

I placed a mobile order for pick up here outside of MY normal pick up hours for breakfast and closer to the end of breakfast services. Upon arriving I noticed the drive thru was quite busy. As I had a few extra minutes, I changed my pick up to the counter , parked, and went in the store.
There was quite a bit of chaos in the store and another lady came in right after me with a similar problem. She could not be heard in the drive thru with her mobile code and it wasn’t showing in the system for pick up. The staff, I didnt get any of their names and the lady who was in charge were stellar. She explained an issue with the systems on the orders placed during certain times all while directing the kitchen, counter, and drive thru! She was amazing! In the midst of all the chaos, she still made sure we all got our orders! Kudos to the staff at this McDonald’s. Your assistance and quick thinking all with a smile made my day. Thank you sincerely for all your hard work.

I’m giving this location 2 stars because they aren’t ALWAYS bad, but I’ve done the math and as a frequent customer of this location they mess up my order or there’s items missing in my order at least every other visit. I’m not even joking. By the time I even notice it’s too late to go back and they make such a big deal out of refunding you. Chic Fila will literally credit your app account if they forget an item or you have an unpleasant experience but not McDonald’s – you have to reenter their establishment and deal with their professional staff while they run around acting like they have no idea what’s happening. I know it’s my fault for continuing to return here, but I try to give places MULTIPLE chances but I can’t even tell you how much money I’ve lost over the last year from them just messing up my order or blatantly forgetting to add the items I’ve paid for. I’m really disappointed but not surprised. It’s really inconvenient but I’ll be doing to other locations from now on. Hopefully not #teamholowicki because frankly their locations and management sucks. I would not recommend this location. The staff are almost always clueless and often rude. The food quality isn’t great and that’s IF you even receive the food you paid for and ordered. DO BETTER!!!!

Just went through drive through ordered a double quarter pounder meal large with a sweet tea first issue I was given a single quarter pounder not a double second issue was the fries were so over cooked they were not edible third issue is although they gave me a large fry they gave me a medium drink to add to this experience just a month ago I ordered double quarter pounder meals for myself and my son and was given raw burgers I didn’t make a review or even get angry I went back and explained my issue with the manager he just remade my food no discount no apology nothing and it’s become a repetitive with food quality or inaccuracies I use the drive through because I have kids and it’s supposed to be convenient but I can’t turn around and come back every time I get food from this location on Hamilton road in Gahanna I’m very unhappy to say the least might I add that I tried calling and they absolutely have the phone off the hook busy ringer for 20 minutes straight

I usually go to this one because for the most part, its decent aside from that time I placed an order and they just decided to close the store.
But how I was talked to in the drive thru by an older employee in a blue shirt has made me decide not to come back anytime soon. They were condescending from the beginning and were so rude about my order. I ordered extra salty fries (if you are a low sodium person with migraines, then you probably know about the extra salty fries and caffeinated coke trick), and this employee–after already being very rude because I asked for 2 forks and she said I need to order extras at the first window–handed me a bag and said “unsalted fries” and when I tried to explain what we ordered, she walked over to the salt, grabbed some packets, and out them in there. I said no, that’s not what we ordered.
She argued back that the screen said no salt and she put 5 packets in there. I said that wasn’t what we ordered and its not the same. She said something to the cook about “she wants this–now she wants this” in reference to me in front of me like I was inconveniencing everyone. I showed her my app order and said not to bother but I’d like my receipts. She said she threw them away but she was making fresh fries for us.
This lady gave us the same fries with the same bag and same packets of salt.
Listen, I am not a confrontational person. I have worked food service and I know what it’s like to deal with a stressful rush. I have no problem with having to wait on food or whatever. It’s a lot harder to manage that it looks from the customer perspective. But there was not one single reason to talk to me the way that I was talked to today.
I also don’t appreciate that this specific McDonalds upcharges on their food compared to the other local ones. I don’t care if it’s a franchise. It’s blatant greed.

Just got breakfast, had to replace my order in the drive thru after it was deleted, had someone take over my replacing of the order midway and had to basically start again, (two and a half times placing my order). It was wrong at the end and I had to check the entire list for them. Then I had to ask for two of my beverages at the pick up window. Two of my meals were wrong, when asked for a refund over phone was told would have to bring them back in for a refund or remake. Oh and the OJ is watered down.

Listen, I know all the bad reviews are gonna talk about the service and wait times but let’s be honest, the staff is overworked, underpaid, and not enough scheduled at one time. The food I’ve gotten has always been fine to good and the order never wrong. Wait times are to be expected at a place where the workers are frankly not paid enough to give a hoot. 5 stars for the staff and staff only. Owners, pay your workers more.

Very rare that I chose to dine in, my mistake.
Ordered through the kiosk, glass definitely needed cleaned.
Took my table tent with my order number for the server to know where I was sitting.
Four or five tables already had their table selected and was eating their meals.
I looked around for a table near the windows. As I was looking, I noticed that nearly every table had already been sat at and needed to be cleaned. I chose my table, and when the server, a young lady brought my tray, I requested that she grab a bar towel and please wash the table.
Shocked!!! She placed my tray on the table anyway, stepped back, looked around at the rest of the tables, found one supposedly already wiped off and said “there’s a clean one over there, why don’t you just go sit there “?
Sadly, this tends to be today’s customer service.
BTW, my food was delivered by the young latina girl, and not the nicer black girl.
