Ignored by employees in view from the counter. I announced myself with a hearty GOOD MORNING. The person was still working on English as possible second language. She retreated for a minute and returned with another person to take over the ordering process. As our transaction was coming to a close, another linguistically challanged person came from outside with the American Flag rolled up in his arm an tossed it on the floor. I reminded him that he was handling the American Flag and that he should pick it up and give ti the respect its due. He retrieved the American Flag and I asked that my order be canceled and left.
The dining room tables were dirty and not a napkin in sight. The dining room was void of all self serve items. It looked mor like a Greyhound bus station than any McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The next time I get hungry, I will choose McSomewher Else.

I come inside to this location almost every Saturday and Sunday before work. They seem to be short staffed sometimes, but that doesn’t stop them from doing an amazing job. My food is almost always correct and the employees are polite and hard working!

My entire order was old food.
Burger bun was hard, asked for a new burger, same issue. Was given “fresh fries” but, the nuggets were rock hard and the sprite was out so it was just Steltzer. Waste of time and money. Didn’t wanna go back up after already asking for them to fix the issue once… but literally didn’t eat one thing out of my entire bag as it was all old and hard. Won’t be back.
Went back up there at 8am as soon as I woke to speak with a manager for a refund. Tried to explain everything, Brought back the entire bag of uneaten hard food. I was asked repeatedly why’d I wait 4 hrs to come back for a refund. I told him that I went around the drive through twice and received old food both times. But, I was just told over and over There’s nothing Jason can do and to come back tomorrow to speak with Tony or even in the middle of the night again to speak with same woman that served me old food to begin with as she was the night manager.
Jason stated he could give me a breakfast combo or I could come back after lunch and have the food replaced then. I advised after the service I didn’t want a replacement, I want my refund as I returned all the food. He advised without a receipt he couldn’t and that I shouldn’t have waited 4 hrs.
I was never offered nor given one. If that’s the case, you all should be required to provide a receipt for every order and should be placed in bag every time.
If this is truly the policy and the customer service you all strive to give, it’s ridiculous. .
We should care more about customer satisfaction and retention.

This location is not good night time if you order something or you order online, you come to the drive-through people’s gonna take longer and longer and longer than you come to the window. The window person would not asking if we have Mobile order or regular order the window person he made a mistake so he gave it to my order somebody else and then I was watching so the other customer return it the item after a minute when he realized this is not his order then after that, the customer get his order then the order that the customer had in his car He hanged to me. I told him that this is my order, but you give it the wrong person. Can you please remake it the window person was rude and then he cussed at me then he called the manager manager didn’t even care. He said it is good. It’s not bad. You can take it then I refused. I told him that I can pull around just remake it please then I waited like 10 minutes then I don’t know if they remake it or not, but the coffee it was the same that I say that the first time and then the coffee was like watery melted. If they make a new coffee, it wouldn’t be like that. I am unhappy. I’m trying to get refund, but I couldn’t find a way please fix this place. I come to this place every other two days.

I visited this location this morning. It’s sad because they had to close their doors. Only the drive thru was open. Of course it’s because employees didn’t show up to work. It’s terrible that these fast food restaurants have to deal with this on a regular basis. HOWEVER, I want to say KUDOS to the manager and employees that were there today. While they were short staffed and I had to wait a while in the drive thru line, the order was correct, hot and the employee at the window still greeted people with a smile. I appreciate people who overcome difficult situations. Kudos to the manager and staff today, 9:45 am, on Dec. 22nd.

Do not go to this location at night. It’s like the gremlins if you give them water. A worker told me they are only doing doordash and not taking orders in the drive thru. While SMACKING ON THE FOOD WHILE TALKING! Don’t even get me started on the frappe availability. One night you’ll be able to get a frappe but other nights you’ll get the manager saying “we don’t do frappes”. I will always recommend the McDonald’s 5 minutes away by the chipotle. TAKE SOME NOTES FROM THEM.

McRib was dry hard and no rib sauce! Filet had cheese and sauce stuck to the side of it! Manager said I had to bring the food intact all the way back to get a free 1 sandwich. Order 5:18PM on 12-4. Call 3:16pm on 12-5 … Add: 15 minute wait to even order.

Ordered on the app at another location and the manager there made it seem like it was my fault the payment didn’t process and told me I needed to cancel my order and pay again so she doesn’t “lose money”. Canceled my order and went to this McDonald’s. The app once again didn’t process my payment but the manager said I was not the only one the app did this to and apologized and went through with my order anyway. It just takes a little bit of kindness. Will only be returning to this location from now on.
