Ok ok they have my VOTE!! The atmosphere was so awesome! The VIBE! Sade, Jill Scott, and many more ! I enjoyed it all!! Our waiter Nicholas was AWESOME! He was attentive, courteous , knowledgeable about the menu and had great recommendations. The spinach dip was AMAZING!! We had 2 orders and the Sweet Thai chile wings they said were 15/10!!! Lol the house pizza, Veg out/Mozzarella were amazing! My son asked for another pizza! I also had the Avocado Hoagie!! It was delicious as well. The dough was so light we never experienced that heavy bread feel. I will be back.
The manager should take a hospitality course but other than that!! This was my first time and I enjoyed it!!!

I visited 9-21-2025 around 6pm and this was my first time here. I was quite impressed with everything. Upon arriving, I had no trouble finding parking as the parking lot was big. When I walked in with my date, I was greeted by a nice young man and he immediately sat us at a table for two. Frances was our waitress and she took good care of us. She was friendly and super helpful in deciding what to order. We sat next to the bar and was able to have a good view of everything. The atmosphere was very chill with a lot of TVs and music playing but quite enough to have a conversation. We ordered a medium pepperoni pizza, cheese bread, and an ice cream sundae for dessert. It was busy, but not very busy, people were coming inside to the bar for pickup orders. My date said it was the best pizza she ever had. It was the perfect place to eat after spending the whole day at the Coca-Cola museum. Thank you Frances for making this a memorable experience, we will certainly be coming back. 10/10

Really good pizza! Crust was excellent – good hold, perfect thickness and the right amount of crisp. A bit heavy on the cheese, but it worked well with our choice of pizza. Rollz appetizer was also so so good – cooked perfectly, good crispiness, and seasoned well. Can’t go wrong with Mellow Mushroom when you want tasty pizza!

Called to place an order I simply asked how much was the salad. The person on the phone (he said he was the manager…yikes!) told me it was $9 million. Took me off guard. I wasn’t expecting that. Wasn’t sure if he was joking, irritated or what because he never came back and changed his reply. I then asked what came on it. He then replied well, our website has all the ingredients listed . Sir I’m driving and just want a pick up order. So I ended up going to Marco’s. Staff were pleasant and happy for my money. I really hope that wasn’t the manager. But if owners want more detail this happened on 2/4/26 at 1pm

I brought a large party for lunch on Friday and had a great experience with Tony and his crew. We had 35 people and a quick turn around. In spite of their skeleton crew, Mellow Mushroom team were able to get all of our food out to us accurately, hot & delicious and we made our time deadline. Thank you, again, Tony and team!

Great vibes! The music selection was on point here and they have tvs everywhere so it’s a great place to watch sports while eating. I got the pepperoni pizza and a Caesar salad. The pizza was so good! One of the best pizza’s I have had and the crust is soft a tasty as well. Get a side of marinara for the crust, you won’t regret it!

So, I went in today to do a takeout order for myself and my daughter. The manager Anthony needs some customer service training. First off I asked him if the new pizza rolls were four individual rolls or two rolls cut in half making it seem like it’s four. His response was such a smart alec response I started to walk out. After placing my order he made my daughter and I lavender lemonade which did not taste like any form of lemonade all you tasted was the lavender. I asked him if he can add some more lemonade to my daughter’s Cup because, first off it wasn’t even filled up all the way. Then on top of that it didn’t taste like lemonade and by the time that I got it to her it was really going to be watered down. His response was no. So you know what I did I got a refund. I will not patronize a business that does not think about the customer’s first and foremost. This was actually my first time ever in here to make a purchase. And I won’t be back ever to purchase anything from them.

I went to mellow mushroom tonight and it was the WORST experience of my life. The only good thing about this experience was out waitress. She was patient, kind, sweet, and trying her hardest to rewrite the wrongs of her other employers. Alot of the food was either missing or cold and the manager never showed up to fix the mistakes of any of the food issues and most of us went home without our food. I will probably NEVER come back here and if I do I need this issue to be fixed immediately

I ordered pizza from Mellow Mushroom during this last cold freeze. When I showed up about 5 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready for pickup – it was not ready even though the restaurant was almost entirely empty. It didn’t even seem to have been started. Instead of clearly communicating a time in which I could expect my pizza to be ready, the staff walked off without a word. The problem was it was a bitter cold day and I’d brought my dog along in the car expecting a quick in and out pickup. Since I now had to wait, I was worried about him freezing so I went to the cooks and asked if they could call me when my order was ready. They shrugged.
There is one star server there who saw my worry and promised she would let me know when the pizza was ready by bringing it out to me. She also explained they were short staffed due to folks not showing up to work. I could understand slower service with the weather and thought “Wow! What amazing customer service!” Unfortunately, when my pizza was done her manager refused to let her contact me in any way – even calling me or waving from the door. (I was parked directly in front of the door and watching the door the whole time.) Therefore, I waited over 30 more minutes before I went back into the restaurant. With the exception of this one star server, the staff did not apologize for this wait. In fact, the attitude was fairly smug. I’m sure they blame my wait on me for leaving the restaurant and sitting in my car despite the fact that I had discussed this with a member of their staff. Good communication is the basis of all customer service and even a simple call/text to tell me to come back in would have left a less bitter taste in my mouth.
To the management of Mellow Mushroom College Park, I would like you to know you have one amazing server who understands how to treat customers. If you expect me to be understanding when you all are running behind, you can be understanding that a woman doesn’t want her dog to freeze in the bitter cold. The choices you made to treat a customer with such poor communication and such smug arrogance have ensured I will never be back to this location. I will return to my trusty East Point Oz Pizza that always has my order ready early and always treats me with respect.
