I made a mobile order for pickup in the drive thru. Pulled up to the window and was asked 5 times what my order was. The guy at the window was going to hand me 4 drinks individually so I had to ask for a cup holder. He also asked me 3 times what my fourth drink was (sweet tea). I was the only person in my car so I asked if I could get my order put in a large bag like they use for door dash. He told me no, those are only for door dash, then proceeded to hand me my order in two bags that wound up ripping once I got home to bring them inside. I asked him if my sauces were in the bag, he told me yes… they were not. To add insult to injury, I got 1 straw for 4 drinks, their Sprite tasted like tonic water, and the fries were stale. The only edible thing in my children’s meals were the burgers. Total waste of money.
I’m not sure if the guy at the window is new, but even the guy who appeared to be the manager looked lost and confused. Going forward, I’ll spend the extra 10 minutes and order from the McDonald’s further up the road.

This is how a mcds should be! Fast and good! Everytime I go I’m in and out withing a few minutes. If you go to the mcds in new Albany and you’ll sit there for 50 minutes waiting on a water cup but Bethel rd is amazing! Thank you!

the young lady brought food out to my car said a different name than what mine is. I kindly told her that wasn’t me. she left and another guy came out told me it was my order I explained to him that wasn’t my name. he said look here its your name I apologized and said the young lady said a different name. well I went through my bags to make sure I had everything once the guy handed me the bags. I was missing the condiments so I went inside to get them. when I went in the same guy that handed me the food was standing with his back turned towards the counter, talking to some other person, was calling me an idiot and that I didnt know my name. then when he turned around he didn’t have anything to say. especially when I questioned him about it. it was my first time and last time I will ever visit this location.

Definitely weird. I was told to pull up to the second window. As I passed the first window an older man in a random hoodie was banging on the drive-thru window informing me I’m required to take my receipt. I’d take a look at him if I were a manager. Just saying.

To the amazingly sweet manager whose name I failed to catch but I saw not 5 minutes ago at the drive through window- THANK YOU! When I forgot my wallet so I couldn’t pay, you were so gracious and comped my food. You have no idea the absolutely garbage day I have been having, and you just made my week with your kindness and smile. Always a solid location. I have never really had any problems with them over the years but I gave them a 4 star as they never really go above and beyond. Good service. Mostly clean bathrooms. If you are craving McDonalds there is nothing wrong with this location.

I have photos in my archive but I’ll never forget when I got a bloody Big Mac from this location. Literal blood on the bread of the sandwich… good thing I inspect my food when I eat it. Like someone’s finger was bleeding which let me know they weren’t wearing gloves.
Then to add insult to injury when I called to let them know about the issue the manager on duty put me on hold. I guess they were slammed w/ DoorDash and Drive-Thru orders and just blew me off and never picked up the phone after setting it down. So it’s safe to say I never got the issue resolved.
That was obviously a pretty serious matter.
I did report them to the health department but not sure if anything ever happened after that.

This location always has a fast service and a clean room. WiFi and drive-thru are available. I tried McDonald’s new chicken fingers here. It tasted fresh and hot like decent ones, but it was a little salty.

Today I bought a quarter pounder and a large fry for the monopoly game pieces. They gave me a box without a game piece and told me that the quarter pounders don’t have the game piece
I showed the shift manager my app which showed the quarter pounders counted as having a game piece. She did give me a replacement. I wasn’t greeted when I came up to the front counter and everyone seemed gloomy and attitudinal.
I only come to this location after I donated plasma. Sandwich was good and fries were average.
