Food was terrible. Ordered a 10-piece McNugget was room temperature like chewing on leather.
Service didn’t exist since they don’t man the counter anymore.
Atmosphere doesn’t exist because it’s like a ghost town everybody turns their back to you when you’re standing at the counter. Could not file a complaint because no receipt was given and the store number does not exist on the app. But it is the store in Jeffersonville Ohio.

This location is withholding Monopoly game pieces. The menu online via the app and on their in store kiosk clearly show the items which come with game pieces. I quietly asked the woman at the register for the game pieces that were supposed to accompany my sandwiches and the most rude & vile woman which i am guessing is the manager yells in front of everyone that my order does not come with them. Avoid this location at all costs.

For as busy as this place gets, the place looked great. Everything was stocked and clean. The workers were really friendly and was busy doing their jobs. Only 4 stars on the atmosphere was because the Coke and Coke Zero tasted flat. And there was black nats flying around by the soda machines.

me and my wife went in the drive thru first of all the guy taking our order keep walking away mid order and not knowing how to ring items up so he kept erasing the wrong items to keep asking what we were trying to order and our whole order was wrong my wife ordered a quarter pounder no onions by which there where onions on it my sons happy meal was ordered with an extra fries and apple slices were put in it also three sweet teas were ordered one with no ice and all three were unsweet and all the one we ordered with no ice was chalk full of ice when we pulled thru to the window the employee that took our money was rudely short and had the general attitude of displeasure to have to take our money and do the basics of his job and finally ending with receiving our food obviously there was little attention takin to ensure the right items were placed in the bag not paying attention to the fact he or she was filling our cups with unsweet tea as well as the cooks not placing any of the special order sticks on the items being prepared and if they in fact were placing them them your front employees were either blatantly ignoring the tags or there is no communication between them and its just a mad grab for whatever looks similar to what they need and sending it out anyways with a care that people are choosing to spend their hard earned cash at this establishment at the very least they can do is ensure that the people get what the pay for them when i get home and find all this out we try to call and surprise surprise their phone isn’t working so i have to go on here and write this novel in hopes that you guys actually pay attention to these reviews this is the third time that our order was messed up from this particular location it needs a serious audit on how things are ran there and to tell you the truth i pretty sure i will never comeback to this location and will definitely steer people away to another location but if you go there you might as well just burn your money

20241012 The young lady at the drive thru is very polite. The food was very hot. This is the first time my dog ate several chicken nuggets… and 15 mins later, she threw up! She never throws up after she ate.

I was traveling with three of my young grandchildren, and we stopped at this McDonald’s which is just south of Columbus, on our way to Cincinnati. It appeared to be new and updated, and was fairly clean except for the bathrooms which could have used some attention. Although it was crowded, the service was very quick and the kids absolutely loved the Halloween trick-or-treat buckets that they got with the kids meals. Fun times at McDonald’s!

The customer service is nice but come on man…. someone needs to check the bathrooms a little more frequently.. one spot of 3 in the first stall of the women’s restroom… I got 2 spots up with some toilet paper and my shoe because my toddler was with me.

We went into the play area and it was disgusting. We had to clean off the tables and chairs to just sit down. Your shoes almost came off your feet from being so sticky. They were out of sweet tea and ketchup where you get your own items. I went up to the counter to get a refill on my sweet tea and waited while 3 people who worked there stood and talked because their conversation was more important than waiting on customers. I have been through the drive through in the past which was fine but I will never go back inside again

The kids love this place we go to other places and the 5 year old and 3 year old. Where’s our nuggets and fries. I saw McDonald’s down the street and around the corner.
