Just worked a 12 hour shift on nights and stop by to get a couple doughnuts on my way home from work. So one they have AI speak on the drive thru and the AI doesn’t know what Boston creme doughnut is, OK fine. So I get the doughnuts get to my house step out of my truck with the bag of doughnuts, you know a wet slimy nasty drive way and the doughnuts fall on the ground. I go whoa what just happened! I pick them up put them back in the bag take a step and again fall to the ground. I look and the bottom of the bag is missing. So usually I just ignore this type of thing as I’m not a petty person but It really irritated me. So I call the store and explain to them what happened thinking maybe they can send me a coupon to compensate for it. She’s just like ah well come in with the doughnuts and the bag to get the doughnuts I just purchased. We’ll im sorry I just drove 15 minutes past the store, I’m home, I don’t want to get in my truck go back there to get what I just bought. The lady was very rude, very nasty tone and just unpleasant. Very poor customer service, I’ve been there maybe twice earlier and although nothing negative happened, jusl t not really pleasant experience going there with the staff.

Located behind the Home Depot, walking into a Krispy Kreme is always worth it. This location smells heavenly, the customer service is fast and friendly, and the dine-in area is very welcoming and clean.
I enjoy they have seating next to the donut production line where you can watch the donuts come through on the conveyer belt.
The only trouble I had was not being able to scan my rewards barcode, but this was quickly fixed with using my phone number.
You can a free donut with any purchase upon signing up for rewards so certainly worth getting the phone app.

Terrible service. Second time by the same employee. The receipt says her name is Stephanie. Horrible demeanor and attitude. She gets irritated just because I asked for another dozen to add to my order. And when I showed her that I had a reward on the app her reply was “but I already rang you up.” She was so annoyed as if she had so many other things to do. There weren’t even any other customers…I was the only one! One bad experience I can forgive, maybe she was having a bad day. But to have it happen a second time??! Maybe she needs to rethink about working in customer service.

The service is fantastic, but their donuts are not my favorite. The donuts are a little greasy and the ingredients aren’t as high quality, nor fresh, as they should be for the price that they are charging. Regardless, I still would come here again for the excellent service and the friendly atmosphere.

Their new automated AI robot taking your order at the drive-up is absolutely ridiculous. Not only did it mess up my order and couldn’t seem to figure it out. It also couldn’t tell me that they were out of the donuts that I was trying to order. It took longer time to order. There is no way that placing an order at a drive-up like this should be replaced by AI. You should be talking to a real human. By the time I got done talking to her. I was no longer in a good mood. I didn’t even want the donuts that I ordered. I was beyond mad off. When I got to the window to pay the lady at the window told me they get complaints all day about the AI unit taking orders. When she told me they were out of donuts that I ordered. I asked her why couldn’t the AI robot tell me that. She said it’s not programmed 100% yet. The AI unit didn’t even have the prices correct. This is the last time I come here until they get rid of the AI unit. They lost a customer today. I love Krispy Kreme but they cannot have AI taking someone’s job. I didn’t come here to talk to a robot.

Go in the DRIVE-THRU – DO NOT go inside to order. I stood in line for five minutes with multiple people working on drive thru orders. The person closest to the counter asked if I had an online order when I walked up, but once I said no, she ignored me and the person behind me in line. I gave up and left. Close your lobby if paying customers are an inconvenience. This should never be happening.

Staff is really rude. Worst around. Had 2 scrappy experiences I a row and we won’t be back. First time the lady asked my son what his favorite super hero was than told us to wait here, and walked away and literally never came back. Just left us standing there like idiots. The second time we ordered 2 frosted donuts and the what appeared to be the same lady smashed them together upside down. My 6 year old was super sad. I am one super angry mom. My kid did nothing to her for her to target him like this.

I loved the customer service they were really patient and listened. The food was really good and tasted good I recommend the crème filled donut.It was also really cool to see the donuts get made.
