This is one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to! Not only are the staff, including the “manager” rude and disrespectful, the orders are never accurate and the food is never fresh. We did a curbside mobile order consisting of 2 sandwiches, 1 fry and 1 drink. It took 18 minutes to get the food and an additional 13 minutes to get the brown sugar water aka sweet tea. We keep giving them chance after chance to improve but will not be returning.

The entire facility was dirty, no one wanted to help at the front counter, and the food was not done. There were so many young employees sitting around in the lobby, loud, and just making it uncomfortable. One employee was bleeding that was working in the back. Just an overall bad experience.

Replace the whole afternoon staff starting with the manager. She is ALWAYS having loud, inappropriate conversations. Instead, she should be advising her staff to tie their hair and refrain from scratching their head and continuing to touch food (they don’t use the hand wash stations)… I wonder if they wash after the bathroom… everyone there just wants to bag food. they only talk to each other in front of patrons and do not acknowledge the people in line to order. They’ve finally started changing the water they use to clean the floor, it would smell like the water came from a sewage plant because they’d just mop and not replace the water. This is my BURNT sandwich that was supposedly COOKED TO ORDER. They have a cook to order button but don’t use it nor do they honor the request. The food is old (has been sitting on a tray) and they serve it and recook that old food when it’s supposed to be COOKed fresh upon request. This is unacceptable. They’re always complaining about their hours being cut but it takes them more time to actually meet productivity because there’s a serious lack in leadership. She’d rather be their friend. She has the drive thru order takers taking orders using the dining room computers to deter paying customers from standing in line to place an order. It’s like watching a traffic jam and pile up. So many people working but not actually executing productively. Mcdonalds is not cheap for all this messy presentation.

After waiting in line for 15 minutes to place an order, I overheard someone. I could only assume to be the manager yell out. They need to place their order at the kiosk. What are they going to do when there are no more people to take orders she then proceeded great unemployee in front of the customers. This was the employee that was assigned to take orders at the front counter. She said if there were a cash order she should tell her and she would come and take the money but she could do card orders during my wait to pay for my order. A woman with two small children fell on the floor near the soda area The woman I perceive to be the manager just laughed at her. She laughed at her out loud. She never came from behind the counter to see if the woman was hurt. I know the restaurant was busy but she didn’t even call out to see if she was hurt at all. After completing an order that was not needed, she again yelled at the cashier. The cashier seemed as if she was too young to be working. The woman who I believe to be the manager is a heavy set African American woman that had a scarf on her head. She was out of uniform and had no name tag on this manager came over to the cashier and appeared to take the money from an order that was being placed. She seemed to put the money in the register. It was quite perplexing as the cashier had other orders with cash and there were no complaints about change from the customers. When I receive my order the food was lukewarm. I did not make an attempt to ask for correction as they appear to be very frazzled from the number of customers that they had to complete orders for. I heard one customer exclaimed that it was ridiculous. He had to wait 30 minutes for food and still was not giving a receipt. The manager that was on shift during the breakfast hour on Sunday Mother’s Day has absolutely no people skills.

This location is truly hit and miss. Came a few weeks ago and it was amazing when we dined in for breakfast and the manager was so sweet, even gave two balloons to my son, food was hot and fresh. Drive thru experiences are usually mostly bad where we are missing sauces or certain food items or the soda is like water. This mornings dine in experience was awful. Waited at the counter to order after seeing the self serve was carry out only and no one ever came or acknowledged me so I just went to self serve after waiting too long and ordered there. Got our order and it was half our order half someone else’s I just kindly let her know it wasn’t our order. Sit down and notice the salsas aren’t in the bag so go to the counter again only to wait And wait again none of the employees acknowledge my existence and some even walk past me I’m just waiting and waiting for a couple sauce packets… I eventually walk away and door dash people get acknowledged immediately after I walk away. Start eating and burritos are cold and not good but the hash brown was hot and fresh. The floors were so greasy throughout the entire dining area someone could easily slip I had slid several times. Tables filthy. They truly need to re-haul that staff and store.

I ordered chicken nuggets (got them cold) as if they were old or had been sitting out from under the warmers for a while! ). And French fries. The fries were nice, hot, and fresh! I also ordered a sweet tea but was given a non-sweet tea. So, instead of driving all the way back, I ate the fries, a cold nugget, and took one sip of the tea, then threw that mess away. (Plus, the service was not so nice either.) I’m not going back to this location anytime soon.

The cashier was super friendly, smiled, and carried casual conversation with me. Which is out of the ordinary for McD employees!

I did NOT rate McDonald’s “5” stars. I remember this real clear. I pull in to the “drive-thru” around 10:20pm a couple weeks ago to BUY a McFlurry Oreo…the machine was down because they had to put “mix” into it. Instead of saying our mix is NOT YET READY because it had NOT congealed…they serve me a couple of “liquid” mix and out Oreo sprinkles on it. I told them do this again…they REFUNDED my $$$. This one was located at S. Hamilton and Winchester Pike…
