I normally don’t rate I I decided to rate this one. Stopped on the way to the Columbus Zoo to get a quick bite to o food. However, this was probably one of the worst McDonald’s I have been to. I decided to order inside because of the line. No big deal there. Upon .entering, I don’t believe they cleaned their glass doors for years, fingerprints everywhere! Walked in, and this was the most plain decor ever that I saw. It’s not a biggie but not clean. My fries cold, hamburger was ordered without mustard, but wrapper had mustard on it, not appetizing. The place needs cleaned up.

I came in to order my meal at the register. I waited 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged that I was there. A girl finally came up and told me to order at the kiosk. She didn’t even ask me how she could help me. I tried to explain that I needed to special order and they never get it right from the kiosk. She didn’t say a word and just walked away. I could understand maybe asking me to order from the kiosk if it was the lunch rush. But it was 2:30 in the afternoon. There were two people waiting ahead of us. I’m sorry, but this is very poor customer service. I’ve worked with people my whole life and had my own business for 31 years. If I ever had employees treat myself or my customers like that, they would have been let go on the spot. I will definitely think twice before I eat at this location again. Plus to put the cherry on top, the restroom had no paper towels and it wasn’t very clean.

Absolutely amazing service. Vicky the shift leader did such and amazing job making sure our order was correct. She went well above and beyond for my family. I will definitely have to stop by when she is working. She is the perfect example of excellent customer service. She deserves some attention from the top side for sure. Ordered several sandwiches the person who was building the sandwiches only had one glove on, and I noticed that my hamburger patty slipped off and he used the ungloved hand to push it back on. I really don’t understand the mentality of not worrying gloves and being able to understand when to take the gloves off before you handle food again. I’ve seen workers here handled money with gloves on and go back to the process of food I’ve quit eating here

Okay dude straight up this is a pretty McDonald’s they have a big old Ronald McDonald statue out front with all the friends on it. If you go inside you have to order from a kiosk which felt like I paid more then I would if I went through the drive thru because idk how to order things the right way but it’s whatever. They’re short staffed like the rest of the world so I understand. They was busy when I was there but we still got our food kind of fast. The restaurant was clean and the food was good. This establishment is designed for travelers so if youre been in the road all day this is definitely a nice stop to stretch out and get a bite. I’d come back if I’m back in the area.

I went through the drive-thru & I didn’t get everything I wanted. I told the person taking my order I wanted 2 of something & I only got & paid for 1. Sometimes repeating the WHOLE order can help. However, I know from experience that you need to be good at multitasking.
