Just went thru the drive thru and got a hot honey chicken sandwich and fries and the chicken was old and cold, not one single jalapeno and just a tiny squirt of mayo and fries were cold! DO BETTER!!

Today I used the app and curbside pickup. I like the convenience of the two. The only complaint is the tiny parking lot. It’s really hard to get in and out of.

Website for Central City says opens at 4:30 a.m. I sat in parking lot for 30 minutes waiting for them to open. Placed order at 4:30, pulled to speaker, sat 5 minutes, no answer, pulled to first window, girl walking by ignores me. So, I pull to second window. Blonde headed lady says they don’t open til 5. I showed her I’d placed a mobile order and was charged to my bank account. Tells me you can get a refund in 24 hours.
I didn’t want a refund, wanted my order. So, had to wait another 30 mins. So, over an hour of waiting for my charged order.
If they’re not taking orders, they need to update their opening time online to avoid this from happening.

Edit: 05/22/25 if you’re gonna talk crap about someone ordering unsalted fries, make sure to turn off your headset.
I went 30 minutes before closing. And I asked for no lettuce. And no pickle. And it gets loaded down in lettuce. Even more than normal. I understand it’s close to close. I understand they’re busy. But this?
Edit: 6/13/24 every time I come here it’s a new issue it seems. Whether on door dash or drive through. I went, and ordered on the app, and used my points to get something small for free. Went to the window grabbed my food. And I didn’t get the free item from my points, this has happened before. I waited at the window for a good minute or two trying to wave the people down standing right at the window and they pretended to not see us, even though they were at the window.

Online/mobile ordering says the store is open and lets you place the order, you get to the store and they just look at you like you’re stupid and turn away until they realize you aren’t leaving and say “there’s nothing I can do about it, it’ll be refunded in 24hours *shoulder shrug*”. Night shift has disgusting attitudes.

Came in we were traveling to Louisville from Buchanan Tennessee ordered two steak and egg bagels and it was the worst absolute worst sandwich I believe and I said I’d never go back to McDonald’s but we were just hoping and praying that it would be good but it was very greasy and disgusting we could not even eat it I only ate the bagel and that’s because I needed something to eat sorry to have to give this but it is what it is I don’t know about McDonald’s I will only go for fresh Fry’s you have to ask for no salt to get them but that works for me stick to the french fries I guess and a cold drink if that sorry McDonald’s sorry for the report but the food is really gone downhill at all your all your locations it’s not the employee so much it was nice enough at the windows but other than that can’t do your food
