Great service! Our server was Sofia M. (that’s what it says on the receipt), and she was amazing—super friendly, attentive, and always checking in on us. The experience was excellent, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

My bestfriend and I came in after not having ihop in a couple years when we walked in no one greated us when someone finally did she did not seem enthusiastic she seemed bored, tired, and not happy to see us. When we walked in there was nobody here. our server Ailsa was awful she was life less not one smile. Once our food arrived she did not check up on us once. we had to get up to get her attention in order for boxes to go.
Our food was as bland as our service. The 99 dollars we had to pay for our food was not worth it the prices were crazy. $5 dollars for a none refillable lemonade is outrageous. Not to mention she sat a guest next to us in a booth that was too small for them and when they talked about it being to small she walked away. There were four tables in the entire restaurant while we were there she didn’t check up on anyone.
My best friends pancakes were as dull as the life in the restaurant. Not to mention the unknown substance on the strawberry in the blue raspberry lemonade. I had also ordered my eggs sunny side up and the yolk was not only a little over cooked but the egg whites were still raw. I was tempted to ask to take a couple things off the bill because we did not like nor eat any/much of it. There is plenty of parking because no one wants to eat here.
We will not be back. Ever.

I had gone to ihop after not going for a while and was very surprised at the lack of attention I received as a customer. The food was pretty good but the service was horrible. My server Sofia M was barely around, she seemed more interested in flirting with another male employee at the establishment. Instead of checking in with me to see if everything was okay with my order or if I needed anything else, she was giggling and being handsy with the other employee which is Not okay. I’m disappointed to say the least at how below average the customer service was. It’s ridiculous how far this establishment has fallen.

I love IHOP! You can’t go wrong with a stack of pancakes or any of the breakfast options. I usually order the 2x2x2, but this time I tried the Smokehouse Combo and Chicken and Pancakes. The sausage was okay, but everything else was very good. I always recommend sticking with the breakfast dishes over the others! It’s a very comforting spot, whether you’re with family or friends.

I ordered the spicy egg Benedict and I would give it a 7. I was good but it wasn’t spicy and it needed a little more salt, but over all it was good. My husband got the chicken breast sandwich. The chicken it self was really good and flavorful but the sandwich as a whole was a 6. The sandwich was too dry. We had a good experience over all. Service was quick.

So we haven’t been to this iHop since before the fire so we decided to go today and the place was empty but it was so loud with the radio playing that the waitress couldn’t hear me trying to order. My husband ordered a short stack and a side of sausages the pancakes were warm and hard so I doubt they were freshly made. I ordered the biscuits and gravy and got what is in the photo below. Clearly they don’t know what biscuits and gravy is. We barely ate with a price tag of $27+. We definitely won’t be trying it again ridiculous prices for precooked must likely microwaved food what happen IHOP back in the day that lot was never empty now it’s a car or two at best.

I am so so so so disappointed with how this location has literally crashed and burned into “I don’t care, here’s garbage” mentality.
First time in ages, I went and it was pretty damn bad but busy so I try to give it the benefit of the doubt since it had been quite some time. However, on my come back and try again visit, it was even worse than the first comeback.
Our waiter barely looked at us and asked if we were ready to order before we even asked for our drink drinks and only having the menu in our hand for under three minutes. He then proceeded to ignore us for quite some time when we were ready to order.
I ordered the breakfast tacos, and my fellow diners ordered the farmhouse special And breakfast sampler. All food was lukewarm with my tacos missing the queso. When I asked for the queso, and mentioned lukewarm food – it was not taken back. I looked down to then see a slurry of egg shells within my eggs.
What bother bothered me the most is when I told the waiter that there were eggshells and showed him he said: “from here?”. No, I carry egg coverage shell bits in my pocket….
He then takes the food. No apologies nothing. And when we say just to remove it completely, once again, no apologies and no asking if I’d like something else. The coffee had grinds all in the bottom of the cup….
He then also forgot to take it off the check until somebody mentioned it.
This place used to be such a staple for my mom and stepdad, so we went there as a memorial anniversary celebration since she passed away for him to enjoy something and needless to say he left very sad…

I just went in there today to get coffee and breakfast. I waited over 30 minutes for food just to find out my food was never started. The workers lacked communication and when I went inside to cancel I was told I wouldn’t be able to get a refund because a manager was not present. The cooks were very unprofessional and were laughing the whole time. Definitely won’t be visiting this location again.

We had a good experience visiting IHOP on Summer St. There is ample parking but restaurant seating is limited. Service was quick and food was really good. We tried wonka pancakes, chicken waffle, chicken omelette and veggies eggs Benedict. We definitely had a good experience and will revisit

I ordered food to go from this location inside of the restaurant. The associates who assisted me were extremely friendly and efficient. I did not have to wait long. My order was accurate and the food was delicious. I always take any opportunity that I can to visit IHOP. It is one of my favorite places to eat.
