The app never works correctly, Everytime I come to McDonald’s they are always out of something or something isn’t working right. I never get to get what I want and if I do get what I wants it’s not fresh like it should be. I’m eating 3 stars only bc the same woman, I can’t remember her name correctly I do think it was Amber though, has gave me my frappe when the app wasn’t working 2 of the times I tried to order it when it was supposed to be free since I was redeeming points off the app… She is always super nice and since she had already made the drink instead of it being dumped out and wasted I still got it which is why I keep coming back to this McDonald’s.. I understand how everything isn’t always going to be perfect in fast food. So the gesture was more than appreciated.

Extreme hit and miss in drive thru. Sometimes you get the wrong order, sometimes you do not get your whole order and sometimes you get what you actually order. I truly believe the only reason they are still open is because other than Dairy Queen they are the only Fast Food drive thru in Marion. There are better ones but they are 30 minutes away. Much more of this kind of service will make it worth the drive. Very disappointing. One star rating only because zero is not an option.

I go to McDonalds multiple times a week since it’s one of the only food places in Marion. The staff get the line gone quickly and they are professional when taking orders. My complaint is just how much fries they give. I don’t expect the fry container to be PACKED and fries falling out from how much it’s overflowing, I’d just like more than this when I order a large fry 🙁

Very slow, did not seem to care that customers were waiting at the counter and I waited 20 minutes for my door dash order. At 20 minutes heard the shift supervisor yell for my other 2 box of nuggets to be dropped so had to wait another 10 for those.

Food is old and managers are disrespectful when you tell them what’s wrong with your order and there is ALWAYS something wrong with the order. They refuse to give me a large iced coffee and tell me the medium is a large though it says right on the side medium and they charge me for a large every time. I’ve been to many mcdonalds and I worked at a few but this is beyond ridiculous. No bacon on a bacon qtr pounder. Mayonnaise on a fish sandwich extra tartar. Place is a disgrace

Wow September 11th 2025 was a horrible experience there! We waited over 20 minutes for our food and I had to go in and get it. It was a absolute mess. I’ve never seen this McDonald’s in this shape ever. Food was wrong they were not even busy At all. Mgr was acting very strange and couldn’t remember how to count the money. I know Trudy Jones would have never let this place go like this ever.
