Food is old and managers are disrespectful when you tell them what’s wrong with your order and there is ALWAYS something wrong with the order. They refuse to give me a large iced coffee and tell me the medium is a large though it says right on the side medium and they charge me for a large every time. I’ve been to many mcdonalds and I worked at a few but this is beyond ridiculous. No bacon on a bacon qtr pounder. Mayonnaise on a fish sandwich extra tartar. Place is a disgrace

Today me and my family went here and ate and it took them 1 hour to get our food and there was 3 of us. By the the time we got our food it was cold and they didn’t give us napkins,forks,straws and half of our food wasn’t even there. Don’t come here and waste your money. Dq grill and chill is way better.

9 times out of 10 not only are the employees so rude and act like it’s too much for them to do their job, but EVERY TIME I order two doubles with ONLY KETCHUP I get two doubles that have the tag that say only ketchup, but open it up to see you guessed it. The fries are usually only half full and I’m just tired of it being wrong almost every single time. Not to mention, we were at the window for 37 MINUTES and my boyfriend and I watched them put out bag on the counter by the window whenever we pulled up and it sat there the ENTIRE TIME!! Like who does that??

Addison, the manager, refused to deliver the items that were prepaid and ordered from the online app before the 10:30 cutoff for breakfast, after waiting in the ridiculously long line for twenty minutes. My friend who was tasked with delivering the order of 7 sausage burritos to my 82 year old Mom for her breakfast for the week. The manager was rude and rigid and the strict cutoff time for breakfast orders even though ordered and paid for prior to cutoff time, was explained to be unavailable at the window. I called to discuss the situation and was ignored several times leaving large gaps of silence on the phone as she argued about their cutoff policy. It took thirty minutes to get the situation resolved and it’s unknown whether it will be resolved because the manager went silent and never came back to the phone, effectively hanging up on me. If it’s unresolved and the burritos are not ready when I send someone back there to pick them up, they owe me money. Horrible customer service, inefficient, rigid rules, rude and ridiculous customer service. I do not recommend this McDonalds. If mother didn’t love their sausage burritos I wouldn’t be going there at all. Just A Burger was superior to McDonald’s, just saying. IFKYK

Had to wait for breakfast. No big deal. 10 minutes passed still in the drive thru, still no breakfast. When it was brought to me, it was by the rudest person! No sorry for the inconvenience. Just barked out that it takes 7 minutes for biscuits and growled have a nice day! Someone could have said they was out of biscuits and asked if it was ok to wait. But there was no excuse for rudeness!

I’m sick of being told to pull forward at the drive through every time. Sometimes they will have up to six cars pulled forward. Then when they bring out the food they don’t know which car it belongs to. Ridiculous.

Our little town needs more options…I’ve spent more time trying to correct a completed order than enjoying it. Staff isn’t interested in making sure orders are correct when the costumer gets it .. you’re rushed outta the drive thru once u receive ur order.. I’ve taken items back or called about missing items, and I was simply called a lair!! Service stinks, and customers aren’t valued

This place is a joke we went threw they would not take a hundred dollar bill so we had to leave go break it somewhere else then go back then had to wait for them to ring us back up then we got are food and are order was missing 3 things and are drinks did not have what we paid for in them!!! Then we waited over 20 min. For them to fix it!!
