Absolutely terrible service! They got a burger wrong on our order incorrect I went and explained it to them and at this moment I’ve been sitting waiting 20 minutes for them to add extra onion to a burger that I ordered extra onion on!!! I’ve seen 5 people come and go when I was here before they were! Very rude when asked if they could please check my order! They guy rolls his eyes and asks if even let anyone know. I had a small order, literally a burger and fries and a chicken nugget happy meal. They had me pull up and I waited over 20 minutes and the food was cold and there’s so much sauce on the burger I couldn’t even eat it. The fries were cold like they’ve been sitting out an hour and we waited 20 mins. Food was awful and wasn’t even fresh.

The food is not fresh! This is not the first time I’ve had this issue with this restaurant.
Last time I was in town. I got food here. The lettuce was wilted and had BROWN pieces in it. The chicken was dry and old. I called and informed the manager that their employees were not watching their table times (for when to throw out old food) and he said they would take care of it. That was several months ago. Today’s visit was just the same. The lettuce was wilted making the sandwich taste sour. There were BROWN pieces in the lettuce. The chicken patty was dry, clearly well over an hour past time to be thrown out.
I’ve worked at McDonald’s restaurants before. I know they are supposed to throw out sandwich toppings like veggies long before they get to the point that customers would notice. They are supposed to throw away meat before it begins to get dry from the UHC. There should be no excuse for veggies on a sandwich looking this old, meat being that dry, or a sandwich tasting that bad.

Ordered a coffee and Diet Coke. Took 12 minutes for them to pour a watery coffee and hand me an empty cup to fill myself even though the restaurant was empty.
