I stopped by this location this morning I chose this one cuz it’s close to my job and I’m very happy I chose this one even if it was by chance. I had to go in and order due to my work truck being to big for the drive thru, however as soon as I walked up to the counter Antonio came right up took my order was very respectful and nice he did an outstanding job my food was correct (I order custom sandwhich and it’s made fresh) I couldn’t have gotten better service anywhere else in fact Antonio’s service was the best service that I’ve received at McDonald’s in a while so I wanted to make sure I left this review so he’s recognized for his great work ethic/skills keep up the great work Antonio and I’ll be coming to this McDonald’s from here on out!

Went through the drive-through 515 this morning large caramel iced coffee extra ice extra caramel drizzle whipped cream. This is the worst iced coffee I have ever had in my entire life no cream the lid didn’t even fit the cup and literally nothing but caramel in my cup.

I come here at night. Ashley is the manager and Candice is her partner in hospitality. These two go out of their way to treat people right. They know their regulars, and they always are pleasant to be around with great sense of humor. Never seen them stress out. We drive here because of them. The fries are salted nicely, the food comes out hot and fast, and tastes how good McDonald’s should. Use the app for deals!

Service was fast, cashier was friendly however, what I ordered I didn’t get. I ordered a bagel sausage, egg sandwich meal, I received a sausage on what tasted like pancakes. I was traveling and didn’t realize it until I had gotten on the highway.
So I recommend checking your order before you leave the window and McDonald’s needs to make sure the person packing bags checks make sure they have the right order.

Went thru drive thru. Got 3 of their $5 bags 9:30pm. 11/1/2025. These all come with sandwich, fries, sm-drink,4 piece nugget. I asked for sauces with nuggets. Got to delivery window and wanted to verify the sauces were placed in bag. Girl asked person, who by the way had filled bag literally with all item I ordered stuffed into one bag, (4 fries, 5 sandwiches, and 3- 4 piece nugget boxes), If she had put my buffalo and sweet n sour sauces in the bag. She told her yes a handful of both. I get all the way home 10 minutes away. Unpacked this stuffed squished bag of food to find their were no sauces!!!!! NOT ONE!!!. So I called and told male worker who answered the phone what happened. He says ok come back thru drive thru and I’ll give you the sauces. I said so what am I supposed to come all the way back down their 10 minutes drive back home 10 minutes get my sauces come home and eat my dinner cold. He got quiet said nothing and next I hear the click of the phone. Their is no such thing as customer service these days. Resturaunts either don’t care about training properly such as this Mc Donald’s with its 3.?? Rating. So desperate they hire anybody with a pulse. Or so big they don’t think the customer matters. As a former GM in the food service industry. I find this very sad.

95% of my visits here are at night. I don’t know the manager’s name she’s a red-headed lady. I don’t think I’ve ever been to this location that she hasn’t been here. I dont think I have ever heard in her voice that she is having a bad day or stressed out, which is unusual, especially being a manager in a restaurant. She is always sweet and professional.. If more people were like her, this world would be a much better place for sure

Edit 2 8/16/24: The AI has left the drive-thru. I will miss it, but the customers spoke and they listened! I had the best quarter pounder with cheese of my life today. I stop here whenever I am on that part of 275 (near 17 in KY).
Edit 1: Nuggets today were so hot and fresh with all the condiments I asked for. Still my favorite location!
Hands down, the *best* McDonald’s around. My food is always fresh, hot, moist, and exactly how I ordered it *in the app* (with plenty of sauces).
I’m so confused by the recent low ratings for this location, and I think it probably has more to do with automation in the drive thru than the food quality.
Pro Tip: Use the app and avoid the hassle!
The automation understands order codes from the app really well. Personally, I’m happy about these changes. I prefer dealing with computers over people a lot of the time (and the AI is way better at understanding a French accent).

Went thru the drive thru and of course had trouble with the AI robot, so finally after 5 minutes of sitting there a human takes me order.. I ordered 2 cheeseburgers dressed like big macs. Spicy chicken DELUXE large with a coke. Got my food and the cheeseburgers had no pickles or onions. And the Spicy only had pickles on it and the fries had a long white/blonde hair on them…. I went back in and showed the manager this. Got all the food back and the cheeseburgers were STILL missing onions. There was a squirt of sauce on the chicken sandwich, and it was mostly on the box, not the sandwich, and still had NO ONIONS. Cherry on top, large fry was half full, cold, and the chicken was too rough/chewy to eat.
After 2 trips through the drive thru and a trip inside, i still left with an unsatisfactory meal.
$15 broker and still hungry.

Absolutely horrible. They knowingly served me cold coffee ( supposed to be hott) and the begals were so stale that we couldn’t even eat them. Called the manager, and she didnt even sound surprised! Like she knew it was coming. Come on, please do better. Pay the workers more or something so they give a crap idk

Went through the drive thru this morning , no one picked up the speaker box to take my order! So after waiting for about 4-5 minutes, I pulled to the window & by that time the line behind me was long! The guy at the window this morning asked me if I already “placed my order” I said well no because no one answered the speaker. He then asked me to pull back around? So I asked for manager who never came! Won’t be back!! Wanting me to wait in a long line , after already waiting for 5 minutes & I have to get to work. Do better!
