Went through today around 4pm. The girl at the speaker left me waiting a good while. When she finally answered she sounded like she couldn’t care less. No thank you. Which can go a long way with me. Same attitude at the window. It was like she could barely function and hated everyone.
It’s crazy there was apparently a shooting at this location yesterday. A few hours later, they were open again. Can’t miss any business…but yet have the worst customer service ever.
Half my order was missing, they’d already cleared it off the screen so good thing I had my receipt. Had to wait at least 20 mins. I wouldn’t usually mind, but the food is cold! Went inside and nobody would come to the counter. I guess everyone stays in the back now. It’s disappointing that my closest McDonald’s is so crappy. Hire people who wanna work. How you treat people matters.

Ordered 3 combos and they put only 2! We then notice they didn’t give us 3 fries but instead only 2. So they made us pay extra to get another fry. We then waited about 35 MINUTES. (Half an hour btw for a medium fry) we went up there to ask for our fry’s and then one of the workers had the AUDACITY to tell us we didn’t order a fry? We then got our fry after a long time.

So I placed a mobile order thinking that would be the best and easiest route then I did the biggest mistake one could ever do leaving a McDonald’s, I did not check my bag. I drive all the way home only to find out half my order is missing. I assumed because I ordered it online, It would be correct. You know what they say about assumptions! Moral of the story is never leave a McDonald’s without checking your bag because 9 times out of 10 your order will be wrong!! I have included a picture of my receipt for you guys to see what I ordered, which wasn’t that many things for them to mess up

Just went through the drive thru and used one of the deals in the app. Order was wrong, so I park and go inside to get them to correct it. I don’t understand why I’m having to deal with bad attitude and argue with the cashier over fries. I’m sorry you’re tired of the “damn app” but it’s not my fault and it shouldn’t be taken out on your customers. I get that it’s a thankless job but I just wanted what I paid for without having to argue or be made it feel like I did something wrong.

22 minutes in the drive thru an I ordered 2 double Cheeseburger and a fish value meal. I have NEVER got decent service at this location. I’m positive,the only reason they are still open is because they have no decent compassion.

I stopped by my local McDonald’s drive-thru tonight, and I have to say it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Even though it was busy, the line moved quickly and efficiently—credit to the staff for keeping everything flowing smoothly.

The customer service was top-notch. The staff was friendly and professional, greeting me with a smile even at the late hour. My order was accurate, and everything was prepared perfectly. The fries were hot and crispy, the burger was fresh, and the iced coffee hit the spot. It’s clear that this location takes pride in maintaining a high standard for both food and service.

One thing I appreciated was the attention to detail—no forgotten condiments, utensils, or napkins, which is something I’ve noticed lacking at other places. Everything I needed was included without me having to ask.

If you’re looking for fast, consistent, and satisfying service, this McDonald’s drive-thru is definitely the place to go. I’ll definitely be back!

I am done going here. They consistently get my order wrong. If you do go make sure you open every item because the staff always get stuff wrong. Corporate doesn’t care because they are a franchise and management does nothing about it. The worst McDonald ever.

Most other fast food restaurants including other McDonald’s in our area have soda machines where you can refill your drink. This one doesn’t. When asked they claimed it was because of health reasons. That is a bogus explanation considering all others have refill stations.

Still don’t get what you pay for.

Slow doesn’t begin to describe the pace at which this location churns out orders. Fully staffed, but zero sense of urgency on the line. Management is trying and registers are good. Kitchen needs to get the lead out.
