Great Chicken sandwich. Went through drive through I don’t much like the inside of the updated McDonald’s.

The employees here are very rude. I understand that everyone has bad days, but the attitude is uncalled for. I ordered through the kiosk, and when they called my name they didn’t put out my drinks. I stood by the register and waited, and when the employee came back up to bring food to the counter for a different order, I said “excuse me, I haven’t gotten my drink.” She rolled her eyes and said “I know.” And gave me my drink cups. When we sat down to eat, there was another employee in the dining room playing tiktoks loudly. Don’t come here unless youre starving. The food was fine, which is why I didn’t give it 1 star.

So I just left McDonald’s 15 minutes ago I got a quarter pounder with cheese meal and I actually pretty much got a cheeseburger. I ain’t got no onions no cheese I got pickles, ketchup, and mustard and can’t contact nobody to tell them that they screwed my order up I swear this is the worst McDonald’s in Lexington. Big Mac meal was good. I ate inside, there wasn’t many people there so didn’t take long for food to be prepared. Lobby wasnt nasty but it could’ve used some cleaning, the bathroom could’ve used some attention as well. Food was warm not hot!

We love the place so much!! Now I’m not the one to judge but there is quite a few homeless running in and out, mind you this is a KIDS PLACE to play and eat. Very hard explaining to our young children what is happening outside and in.

You cannot buy onions on your sandwich at this place. I have never had to beg so hard just to have a couple of onions thrown onto my sandwich. You can order extra onion. You can order triple onion. You can order quadruple onion. But you will not even get a quarter teaspoon of onion.

I just got home from this business and my food is half raw I’m trying to call the store but there’s always a answering machine that crazy enough is full so you cannot leave a message but I need this order replaced I’m already home someone needs to contact me to get this corrected and learn how to clear the messages there’s a reason why they probably full due to them not cooking there food you definitely would fail a core audit
