Ordered 2lrg Frapp’e with crushed oreos in both of them. No oreos in nether one, one was only half way full. Asked for them to remake the order and they handed us the same 2 frappe with maybe 4 crumbs on top and lied straight to my face saying they were remade. Worst store ever. Highly recommend nobody to waste your money or your time with this store.

Worst McDonald’s in town stay away go to the one on Main Street, They have screwed up my order so many times it’s insane, I’m normally not a person to get upset and complain, but this has just gotten ridiculous. I purchased two Monopoly tickets on my food from the McDonald’s app, After picking up the food and getting home, we realized none of the food had stickers, So we went back and asked for our stickers, They told us that they had been slowing that down, And gave us no offer of solution or compensation, When asked if they had any stickers at all, the lady at the front said they do but it’s the coffee cups. Well, like any reason reasonable person I asked well can we then get two free coffee cups for our trouble? I’m sure anyone reading this would be smart enough to know at this point what I was told, NO. When I asked the lady if she could find it in her heart to find a solution for us, she just said “I don’t know what you want from me”. When multiple solutions were there, One of the employees could have paid for the coffee cups and been reimbursed, We could have purchased the coffee cups, But none of these options came to the mind of the woman upfront. Always problems with this store stay away.

Double zeros … Just an FYI- stopped at McDonald’s on the bypass in Nicholasville.. might wanna avoid at all costs ..
We saw the drive through was super long so we went in to try to make it faster .. workers literally served only drive through.. while dining room waited … I sat at our table and watched 15 cars go through the line .. after 30 min I walked to the front and hollered to the back and asked if I could have help with a refund (since no one works the counter anymore )..
A blonde girl snapped around and said “you see us working as fast as we can!” And rolled her eyes .. I told I did but I wanted a refund because I had somewhere to be and didn’t want to wait any longer .. she taunted me by laughing at her coworker that I wanted a refund.. I told her she could hush her smart mouth and I have the right to not wait 30 min or longer for 4 cheese burgers …she accused me of telling her to shut up and bucked up like she was gonna come at me
Long story short – this McDonald’s is terrible and she will never go much further than behind that counter with her nametag clipped to her hat if she can’t learn BASIC customer service …

This McDonalds is ALWAYS ALWAYS out of something!!! It’s disgusting in the dining room. The floor the tables, the drink area. And please tell me how they run out of espresso for 3 or 4 days. Not that this review will make a difference BUT if everyone would stop supporting this business the owners might actually do something about the mess this place has become.

Every single time me and my Fiance have come to this location they have managed to mess up his order, this has been reoccurring today it was 2 sausage breakfast burritos and instead of getting that he ended up with a sausage mcgriddle. Genuinely tired of this happening.

If I could give 0 stars I would!! Order was placed using mobile app prior to breakfast ending and paid for. My bf went to get it and they refused to make it due to “”breakfast was over “”. It’s already paid for, shouldn’t matter!! Called and no one answers the phone. Laziness doesn’t get you anywhere! Won’t be ordering from this location again!

Having a customer cuss out another and act belligerently in a situation that customer had nothing to do with.
Really sad that a guy hangs out with our McDonald’s employees and makes snide comments regarding other customers when they have an issue with their order. Really really unprofessional.
I hope you get this business together because right now it’s run as a middle school playground.

My window doesn’t roll down so I have to open the door, with little space between the door and wall and the girl working the pay window would NOT stretch her arm to give me my change, I ordered a fish filet with no cheese and it was plain very disappointing in my visit today

EDIT: the next improvement this location needs to make is an escape route out of the drive thru line. I think pretty much every time I go through that isn’t like 4pm, I get trapped in a 20-30 minute long ordeal of sitting completely still and waiting for the line to move along. Idk what’s going on with this location but it needs help.
This place is a wreck and I wish a different one was closest to my house. Just pulled out of the drive thru after sitting completely still in the line three places back from the speaker for about ten minutes and now I am going to work completely empty handed and hungry because it’s 7:30 in the morning. This wouldn’t be a big deal if it wasn’t literally every single time I try to go there. If you need actually FAST fast food, you’d be more likely to get fed in adequate time in a sit down restaurant. No one in the world expects McDonald’s to taste spectacular, but we all expect to move in the line before ten minutes passed
