The first time I ordered cava through uber eats it was really good, everything I ordered came including my sauces and drink. The second time I ordered I was missing my sauces but dealt with it, this time not only was I missing my sauces (which in my opinion makes the meal) there was an empty cup inside of my bag. I ordered a blueberry lavender and did not receive it. Now imagine working a 12 hour shift and u look forward to your $40 meal and receive a dry order , no sauces and no bev??? Cmon cava. Uber eats only refunded me $5. Do better.

I was in line at the cava on chestnut street and although it was very busy Nita was very efficient. This was my first time at Cava and she explained everything perfectly and my bowl was delicious. Not sure if she is a manger, but if not, Nita should definitely be. Great attitude, big smile, and extremely fast paced. I will be back because of her!

Something has changed in this Cava. People’s spirits are lifted. Employees are more efficient and food quality has improved significantly in the last few months. I scouted/paid for street parking and came to this location before going back home to Roxborough. I’ve been to other CAVA’s and this one is by far the best! I’m not going to mention which locations but this one right here is #1 for me. 5 stars on all categories!

I was having a particularly rough day when I walked into Cava for a late lunch, my first time there. It would have been easy to have suggested that I just buy a premade bowl, but the woman who took my order said that I should make my own custom bowl. She walked me through every choice available, and was so kind the entire time. My bowl was delicious! I only wish that we had a Cava where I live. If I’m ever in this area again, I will definitely be back
