The girl who brought our curbside order out didn’t say a word to us, practically threw the bag in the window and sped off without asking if that was all we ordered or anything. I had to yell at her 3 times that we were missing items. I proceeded to tell her what we were missing but she snapped back with “I’ll go get it!” And before I could say another word she continued her speed walk to the door. She finally came back but came to the passenger side this time and said, “here” and almost dumped the drink in my lap as she pushed it in my hand and scares me to death cause I wasn’t expecting her to come to that side nor have that attitude but she did and without a word she was gone again. Smh! McDonald’s in Lebanon give your workers a raise or something cause she was not a happy camper therefore neither was I.

Filthiest McDonald’s I’ve ever seen! Walked in to sit and eat but tables were so dirty I had to go sit in car. They were dirty from being wiped down with dirty rags!! Sickening. Then my hash browns were soggy and cold. I was very skeptical about eating at all! And I think it’s cheaper to eat at an international airport McDonald’s.

It is noisy and small. The workers are constantly running into one another. Someone is always yelling. It is chaotic. The food is always wrong. They run too many parks at one time and confuse their employees and the customers. There is a high turnover. I like the McDonald’s in Bardstown better.

Lebanon mcds was wack, took for ever for drive thru to take your order, then they kept pulling ppl up, and then you waited in a parking space for 10 minutes and finally get your food

Had to wait 15min for them to bring a drink to me after being in drive thru. Parked and waited had to eventually go in to get my drink but they had just started making it then when I finally got it the smoothie was watered down. They forgot my sauce for my nuggets. Overpriced for the quality and service.

I’m from out of town and found that this restaurant was clean, fast ordering, food fresh and employees exceptionally helpful. I didn’t press the correct breakfast sandwich selection, they immediately fixed the problem for no charge. Also, unable to get a receipt out of the kiosk, but they immediately created one at the register with a smile. Happy customer
