Ok, so I have rated this place two times before… with both 5 star reviews. I had good service and food with no complaints. But I have come here for a week straight, and today’s service was HORRIBLE. So I ordered a list of stuff and got most of it within five minutes. But they never gave me my frappe. I waited 5 minutes at the counter patiently so they could help other customers, and they sat down for five minutes. They completely ignored me the whole time. Finally I got ahold of the nice old lady to ask her if they had finished my frappe, because I had waited 15 minutes. She said, “The machine is broken.” When at the beginning, the lady at the counter could have informed me about that, but never did. She said, “What would you like instead?”I said,” Can you please just get me a large iced coffee.” So by the time I got out, I had been in there 30 minutes. I understand if you’re busy, but please have common courtesy. Especially if the same customer has been in the 30 minutes. And the one who was in the to begin with, with him left 25 minutes ago. Please do better next time because I am really agrivated. Thank you, I expect better next time

All soda machines were out of co2 but they were still selling them without notifying anyone. One employee said they had been that way for a week. Just think how many $$$ they made off flat soda. They could have at least offered a refund. I tried to order a mocha frappe and was told that machine was down to. I will definitely not be back to this location. Awful

Bad food, bad service. They seemed short staffed and only offered drive-thru service at 9:00am on a Saturday but that doesn’t make me feel any better about my experience.

The absolute worst place to stop. Do NOT go here. Took order incorrectly, charged us for incorrect order- even though we had the correct us. Refunded us incorrectly. And after all that- food and drinks tasted terrible. Had to throw it all away.

Fair customer service and the food is mostly satisfying(8 out 10). My only issue is house keeping in the lobby area. Other than that they will continue to have my business.

Just close the lobby and make this place a sonic. Dang things never open. Go to the drivethru! Not every vehicle is short enough to fit through the drive through.

I ordered a quarter pounder and the bun on it was hard you could’ve broke a window with it. But they did remake it for me and they were really nice.

No ice!? What’s worse was the cashier didn’t tell us while ringing up our combos. Yet we were charged full combo price. The burgers were good, but you gotta figure out how to have ice…or at the very least inform the customer before their order. No apologies for lack of ice. Nothing.
