First it took forever to get someone to answer the drive thru. They were not busy. Got all the way home and took a bit and seen how uncooked it was. Like it was not even warm. Definitely will not be back. Should go back and get my money back but I am not in the mood to drive all the way back there to deal with them. Will never go back.

Honestly, when I’m looking for some trashy, overcooked McDonald’s burgers late at night, this place hits the spot every now and then. Also, here’s a photo of a burger I ordered tonight. Honestly, I thought it was pretty hilarious. Whether on purpose or not, it made me cry laughing for probably 5 minutes.

EVERYTIME I come here my food is cold AFTER having to pull over and wait. The burgers are literally thrown together. Sloppy . Yesterday everything was off the burger instead of on the burger. Just awful. With this being the only McDonald’s in the area we have no choice and the employees know this. So they DO NOT CARE. I have NEVER in the 5 yrs I have lived here had 1 good experience. Do better McDonald’s.

I ordered a breakfast platter with hot cake. I waited 19 minutes and my food still wasn’t ready. I ask politely what was wrong and they said waiting on hash browns. Funny thing was they took hash browns out of fryer while I was standing there. So I just laughed and finally ask for a refund. After all the wait. I still paid for my coffee Management or owners needs to go in there fix their problem. Want be back ever

Came to this location last night and tonight. Worst experience. Service, employees, and food quality were TERRIBLE. It took 20-30 minutes to get my food both times. The employees were incredibly rude last night. We were waiting FOREVER for our food and then a doordash driver comes up for an order, and one of the employees made the comment “people should just come out and get their food instead of getting it delivered”. It took a lot for me to not say something to them for their comment. I was already annoyed about waiting up to 25 minutes just for a few things in my order last night. That comment was completely uncalled for. I felt so uncomfortable after that. What makes you think it’s okay to make that kind of comment? You know know what that person is dealing with or why they decided to get the food delivered. Tonight’s experience was pretty bad too. The employees for the drive-thru was rude and didn’t even know what my order was when I got to the window! It was quick to get the order in but I again, waited 20-25 minutes to get my food with 2 cars in front of me. By the time I got to the window, the line was really long. There was AT LEAST 10 more cars behind me and they took their time getting the orders out. My fries are ICE COLD, the wraps I got are COLD, the nuggets I got are room temperature. There’s no word to describe how ANGRY AND UPSET I AM! This is NOT the first time this has happened and I don’t think I will be coming back to this location again. I WOULD RATHER DRIVE 45 MINUTES OUT OF MY WAY TO GO TO A BETTER LOCATION THAT HAS EMPLOYEES THAT CAN DO THEIR JOBS, GET THE FOOD OUT ON TIME, THE FOOD BEING FRESH, AND EVERYONE IS RESPECTFUL! NOBODY HAS PICKED UP WHEN I CALLED THE CORPORATE OFFICE EITHER SO I WILL BE CONTACTING THE LOCATION MANAGER AND REQUESTING TO SPEAK TO THE GENERAL MANAGER!!!

So I’m not quite sure where to start. First, I looked at their reviews after I Received an order with less than satisfied service. I don’t think I’ve had more than one positive experience in the last year going to this location. But having to go there because it’s the only one within 20 miles! I swear it’s like CAPTIVE ENTERTAINMENT for the employees! It blows my mind that the owners haven’t stepped in. I can only imagine because they don’t get notified enough. I say that because I did my diligence in filling out the online survey FIRST only to find out that it goes to the mobile app! What good is that if the Descher’s aren’t notified? How are they supposed to know that the AM manager was late (“again”) and even though the workers are THERE, they can’t open yet or take orders. But the orders are already IN via the app?! If you don’t know and don’t see anyone, you drive away as several DID. And if you DO leave, you can’t get a refund for 24 hours VIA “the link”. I pull forward to the window and luckily the orders just started coming up! Some mornings I see only one person and she is HUSTLING. Some days, you’re just the last reason they came to work…. But EVERY SINGLE TIME I would try to order a caramel frappe only for it to turn into a game of Russian roulette! Two or three times over more than a week the frappe machine is down. Fine, take it off the in app menu. Instead, I order it and don’t get it. But not their fault, no way they can fix it, have to contact “the link”. WHY?! Why can’t YOU issue the refund?! YOU’RE the one that gets my money! At least 2 separate days they aren’t open on time in time before I have to leave for work. Oh, and THE DRIVE THRU SIGN HAS BEEN BROKEN for MONTHS! Really?! So today – at least another month since my last visit, I once again go to the drive through…. So I can’t use my in app points, discounts, and such because what’s the point if you’re not getting what you order for one reason or eleven? So I order the illusive caramel frappe with extra drizzle and an iced coffee. To my surprise, i’m asked what size and order a large. The food comes. Then the iced coffee. Then the wait… not long. But – what’s this? It looks like a chocolate milkshake that’s only 3/4 full? “Oh. Sorry. We’re out of whipped cream.” As if it was just some minuscule inconvenience. Once again, zero compensation for what I paid for. And please don’t be so crass as to add “the link”. Takes you right back to square one. Do better.

I simply asked for some fresh fries when I saw the basket of cold fries above the grease. They put those down for a minute and I got those. They’re cold and disgusting. There was a lot of people standing around just staring. Someone needs to teach them a little bit better. I wasted money trying to get fresh fries.

My fiance went to get our order and they went above & beyond with the customer service. While I was on phone, so I wanted to come on here & say the lady manager there extremely polite and professional, while answering all questions, also they are extememly quick,was great!
