Last time I’m going there. What’s the point in curbside if I wait in my car over 20 minutes to receive my order? 5Xs now in the past month I’ve had to go in and get my order. Every time, my food was cold, and they refused to refund me or remake my food. I thought the first few times were that they were busy. Life catches up to us. No! Just lazy NOBODY seems to know what’s going on. It’s so annoying. I use curbside pickup due to my anxiety. And the convenience of the app. Worst! Do better McDonald’s please.

The Manager Who Refused To Give His Name (Heavy Set , Bald , White Guy) Was Extremely Rude, LITERALLY For No Reason !!! He Even Had His Other Staff Treating Me Rudely (Calling Me Names, Etc.) My Mom and I went to McDonald’s on Saturday night July 1. We ordered one quarter pounder deluxe without cheese and one quarter pounder deluxe meal. Waited and waited in the car line for our food. When we got home, checked our order, both hamburgers had cheese, both were very sloppily made, no straws in bag for our sodas. The boy at the pick up window acted like he did not know what he was doing. A completely awful experience. Will not return to this facility.

This place is poorly ranned…..The afternoon crew is horrible management is bad as hell….These kids they have working here is pathetic they don’t have no work ethics at all….. I’m sure if the pay was better then there would be better grown folks working than these kids that they have in there…. Customers waiting on the inside 15 to 20 minutes for food is redicilous…..I wish I could give a zero for star rating instead of the 1

The workers are rude!!! I heard the cashier girl telling the manager that I just couldn’t comprehend the coupon regulations so I yelled out to make sure they both know I understand completely but what I don’t understand is why she was so rude and disrespectful. I ordered 5 4 for 4’s & I have gotten them in seperate bags every time I have ever ordered them, this is what she throws on the counter
