this is how much y’all fill up a small fry? i ordered 2 combos a $6 and a $5 combo and it took an egregious amount of time to get out simple order. the manager was muttering under her breath about how stupid it was to get our receipt which was beyond rude. as a fast food worker myself, this is pathetic. 1 star all around

Literally came here on different occasions and was fine. Placed an order at the kiosk, and as my name was called, I stood up to get it and it’s not there. Waited to get someone’s attention, no one even decided to look my way, then literally stood there at the front waiting to get someone’s attention and visibly saw them taking my order and using it to correct their mistakes on other people’s orders. Can’t contact corporate to get a full refund considering I stayed in there for over 20 minutes and didnt receive anything. Overall shitty considering I’m always on the move trying to get a quick bite.

I went today around 4:26 PM ordered a chicken sandwich, double cheeseburger , and large fries. The large fries were extremely undercooked, the double cheeseburger had hair on it and chicken was old STALE and dry. I called and went back up there and they had a problem with replacing. They gave another batch of undercooked fries and BURNT double cheeseburger! as a loyal customer of many many years i am HIGHLY disappointed. Do better !

We had two egg McMuffin meals with large Diet Coke. Cost $14.96, (this McDonald’s rounds to the nearest five for change) the girl at the window gave me a five dollar bill and said we have no pennies. I asked her do you round up or round down or both she was very confused. So she went and got the manager and the manager asked me for a penny, after telling me they round to the nearest five. So I should’ve gotten $5.05 back.
So here is the breakdown between $.05cents and $.10.
Round to $.05 for $.06 and $.07
Round to $.10 for $.08 and $.09
I hope this helps. You can always use your fingers your thumbs your toes and for an extra four digits you can use two hands and 2 feet.

I went to this McDonald’s last night. I ordered my food on the app. Order was sent to the restaurant at 9:25, after 10:00 came I went to the drive thru to ask about my order. All the workers were playing around, my food was just sitting on the counter. My order was $45 so my children and I should not have to eat cold food. As I asked about my order the workers had a attitude and another worked said “oh I forgot about that order”. My food had just been sitting and no worker took the time out to see where those bags were supposed to go because they were playing around and laughing. Also, the customer that was in front of me had problems with his order as well and the workers had an attitude with them also. I agree with the people that were in front of me. That whole crew needs to be FIRED!!!!!! People work too hard to have to spend their money at a place with such terrible customer service. I would not recommend this place to anyone. And one of the people playing was the manager. Whoever the DM is they need to do some replacing workers. I wouldn’t have gave them any stars because they don’t deserve any but I had to pick something in that spot that’s the only reason they got that 1 star.

It’s McDonalds.. so what do you expect, but they forgot one of my fries, and the fries that were in the bag tasted like they were re fried. And didn’t put lettuce in my mcChicken. Although will be back again bcs it’s McDonald’s…. Just hoping to be better next time

If you get the right people then your food comes out correctly and on time.. if not, well.. I don’t have to explain that. Service also depends on what kind of mood the people there have, so… no need to explain. I don’t eat at places that are dirty, because if their restaurant and restrooms are dirty, then so is their kitchen and that is something I am not willing to risk.!! Health before anything….. So companies in general need to have pride in their establishments and also the people that work in these establishments….. Otherwise go work somewhere else period.

I walked in, ordered 2 double cheeseburgers & waited. The lobby was littered & dirty, many teenagers in the back being very disruptive, playing rap music LOUDLY & the entire place smelled like a black & mild. The burgers were dried out & cold & it looked like some of the “staff” were hanging out in the back or in the parking lot until it got a bit busier then they walked back toward the kitchen with an attitude like it was asking them to do to much!!!

I was rudely handled that this location just because I used my McDonald’s app an received free food, Me an my daughter uses this app cause she loves free food.
