‼️‼️I had an experience tonight genuinely meant more to me than the closing manager probably realized. My current time writing this is 12:24am so I went through at like 11:50. My card was locked when I went to pay, and instead of making me feel embarrassed or uncomfortable when I went to go see if it was locked, the manager handled it with so much kindness and professionalism. He calmly told me it was okay and let me have my meal and drink anyway.
It wasn’t about the food or that I didn’t have the money which I did, It was about the way he treated me like a human being and protected my dignity in that moment. That kind of compassion is rare, and it says everything about his character and leadership. I actually called back to thank him personally because I helped someone random the other day with my last $20 I had. I didn’t have time to break the bill you know. His name is Ray Shawn I believe.
Taco Bell is extremely lucky to have a manager like him representing their company. He deserves recognition for the way he considers and treats customers. That interaction is going to stick with me and honestly motivate me to be like him, and I will never forget it.

it is crazy that you get charged 5 dollars for a freeze and it’s only 3/4 of the way full. This is not the first time this has happened but now the third time in a row of my experience and i’m not one to normally bring stuff like this up but if yall read the reviews please give people a large when paid for it…not a small in a large cup. Thank you have a blessed day.

Waiting in drive thru for 10 minutes. No cars ahead of us. I pull up to the window and am told they are understaffed and trying to clear out the dining area. And that’s why they are not taking drive thru orders. The girl was very apologetic. However that’s not how it works. Orders should have been taken at drive thru. I saw at least 5 employees. I now have to drive back around get back in line because they would not take my order or the person behind me’s order either who pulled up like myself wondering why no one is taking orders. I ordered both meals supreme, they were not supreme. Burrito was cold. Two meals for $25.00 with bad service. Lots of people, good people looking for jobs. Hire more help if you have staffing issues. I have been in the restaurant business 40 yrs this was completely bad business experience. It’s my opinion that this failure is the fault of the general manager.

Truth be told, I usually only get the 5 layer burrito and a pepsi. I have been trying other things, like the nachos, they are ok, but i have had better. They staff is friendly and fast. The place gets extra kudos for having pepsi products!

Waited in drive thru line and even called asking the issue. Was told they were short staffed and trying to work through the line. Everyone is getting out of the line and leaving. I get to the order speaker and was told to “wait just a moment “. We’ll, I did and still nothing happened to take my order. I know this was Christmas Eve but you said open to 7 pm. If you’re that short staffed they can only do one drive thru order an hour shut it down. There went 30 minutes of my life. Guess business isn’t that important to the owners.

Staff are hateful. You will wait forever to receive the wrong food. And they don’t tell you that if you order on the screen inside and pay cash, you have to pay before they even start your order which you can’t even do because nobody is at the register.

Absolutely awful service. I ordered on the app and waited in line for 15 minutes, just to get to the window and find out they gave my order to someone else. I was asked to pull up and waited 10 more minutes and the girl who brought the order said no words just rolled her eyes. After I got my order, I had to go back in, because they forgot some of it. I ordered 4 meals and spent $40 and not one item was prepared correctly. To name a few things, my cantina chicken wrap only had chicken nothing else, it smells like garbage and is not edible. I ordered nacho fries and received fries with no nacho seasoning. I also ordered a cheez-it crunch wrap and received a crunch wrap with no cheez-it.

Terrible is the only word that comes to mind. Terrible food quality. Terrible customer service. Terrible experience all around. Placed an order for delivery around 10:45 P.M. Around 12:30 A.M I Decided to go retrieve it since no delivery driver had accepted it which is understandable. I tried to cancel my order due to time and wanting a refund before I placed the order again yet it wouldn’t let me due to the order being processed already. I arrived to a woman with the worst attitude I’ve seen in the food service industry in the drive through. I asked the question if they made the order when it comes through to them or when the dasher arrives to which she sounded irritated that I was even asking. Saying that they wait so I pulled to the side replaced my $30 order for pick up, added a pack of Cinnabons and slightly changed some of the add ons on particular items, go back through the line. Within 3 minutes they have my order out to me as i am pulling away from the window my bag is ice cold and crumpled as if it was sitting in the warmer for an extended period of time. Upon closer inspection they Cinnabons and changes I made were not apparent on the food, the bag had what appeared to be the remnants of the purple sealed sticker on the bag, and the item wrappers were not clean folded as usual again crumpled look as if sitting. My only conclusion was that I was served hours old food. My drink was also 3/4th full. I know it’s fast food but I am a manager at a McDonald’s I know the standard for quality in this business and this is the lowest I’ve ever had the bar set for me. I will be up there tommrow to talk to the stores day shift manager hopefully a general manager about this. I hope they can hire a someone with common decency for their job and community to take over their night shift.

Son found a metal rod in his nachos called and told them the manager actually said I highly doubt that well here it is.So i will find out what corporate says monday
