Please get new employees or train them to get the order right at least. I got served refried cold fries that sat too long and so they proceeded to fry them again anyway and most of them look close to dark brown fries. Forgot my 10 piece had to drive back to get it. 4 white girls either high school or college aged working the night time or evening shift, rather then get my order right they are laughing and giggling I only asked for sweet and sour sauce by instead they threw a bunch of sauces I didn’t asked for. Talk about lazy and unprofessional.

Placed a mobile order and waited 30 minutes at curbside pickup only to be missing two items (a trend of missing items every time). I went in and there was another customer in front of me. The employee was rude, took his order, and just left to go to assist the crew. We waited another 30mins and the customer didnt even get his frappe. He tried getting the employees attention only for the employee to blatantly ignore him (he was only 5ft away from us). Trash everywhere on the floor and the employees were arguing with each other. Save your time and money, go somewhere else. Nothing but issues here every time. If you hate your job, why continue to work there? The christmas tree was still up too!

Don’t do any special requests. I asked for extra pickles and they put an entire handful on the burger and I asked for light mayo and light lettuce and they barely put anything. Usually it’s a mountain of lettuce and mayo if you don’t customize it so I thought it would be a normal amount of lettuce and mayo with me putting light.

Today was an experience that I never want to have ever again and when I first walked in, I already could tell what Kind of service I would be getting since a place was trashed. There was trash all over the floor and the manager’s kids were cleaning tables which I don’t ever complain about mother’s trying to make it OK. But seeing the manager or whoever was in the front eating while serving orders, absolutely disgust me especially because she’s touching napkins that go into bags that are going out to guest. I will never be coming here again

I tried the McDonalds on HWY49 and Orange Grove Rd thinking this location may be better than the one on 25th Ave in downtown Gulfport. We’ll, I ordered simple items, the burrito combo. After paying I still had to pull into a parking space and wait for the food to be delivered.
Mcdonald’s has really gone downhill and lost their platform of quick service. Maybe Wendy’s will be better.

I ordered several sandwiches, among them was a regular hamburger (no cheese). Taking the food home and unwrapping the burger, I found a bun and a pickle, no meat, and as ordered, no cheese.

Stopped here for breakfast which was really good. There didn’t seem to be enough people working there so service was a bit slow and required everyone eating inside to pickup their food at the counter which is no big deal. Floor needed a good cleaning as it was super slick and tables needed attention as well. But for the people working they were doing the best they could.

I just got back from going through drive thru. They pulled me up in a space to wait. They finally brought me my food, I was missing a sandwich so had to get out and go in. Mind you I’m sick so didn’t want yo have to get out in rain. Got sandwich and left. Got home and one of sandwiches is wrong, not what I ordered, also everything is cold. Never again!!! I expect y’all to give me a refund, period. This is twice within 30 days y’all have messed up. That sandwich is supposed to be a bacon, egg, cheese mcgriddle.

1 star is too generous for this location. Before you order anything from this location on the app, you will wait 30+ minutes for your food and expect it to be cold or missing items. Oh and if you need to call the store for anything don’t bother, it goes straight to voicemail.

They tell you to pull into a tight little parking spot and give your food to someone else. This is not fast food, if you want a burger, go to Chili’s. You get better food for the same wait time.
