On Saturday, January 3, 2026, at 7:41 PM, my son and I, along with a DoorDash driver, were standing at the front door knocking to be let inside. Employees were clearly visible inside the restaurant and chose to ignore us, pretending they didn’t hear us. The sign on the door clearly states that the dining room closes at 12 AM on Saturdays, yet we were still locked out with no explanation. This behavior was unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable, especially with a child present. If your posted hours say you’re open, customers should not be treated this way. Do better with the staff you hire and how you treat customers.

I went through and got 3 6 piece nuggets and an unsweetened tea on my lunch break. Made it back to work to find out all 3 only had 5 in them, one of those boxes had a long hair in it, my tea was a sweet tea, and only one of the three sauces.
Messing up every single part in that way couldn’t have been an accident but deliberate. I had to use the rest of my lunch break to drive back and try to get it corrected.

It is amazing that we have this many McDonald’s locations in this city, and they are all completely unreliable. Today, I waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes for breakfast. Which maybe I wouldn’t be so annoyed about if I’d received a single item that I actually ordered. Who doesn’t love wasting time AND money?

the service is really nice at this location but this is the second time ive gotten a mostly pink patty here. usually i dont mind a med/med rare burger but McDonalds isnt exactly the quality of place i would want a pink burger from. i got this to-go and obviously didnt know it was pink at the time of pickup or i would have taken it back inside to request a remake

Mobile app was useless here. Placed an order and then waited over 25 minutes at the curbside pickup. Had to go inside to retrieve my order and then when I got it, it wasn’t correct. It wasn’t that the staff was unfriendly but they sure didn’t go out of their way either. The food was okay. Typical McDonald’s breakfast fanfare. Nothing to write home about, not really. Hope you have better luck if you are using the mobile app for curbside pickup.
