I walked in the door and got everything. Fresh met with the most utmost hospitality smiles and just willingness to help this panda expresses awesome. The food is fresh and the ladies are so nice. Five stars all around.

It is very hard to eat healthy when traveling. I would love to say this is a good option, but with them not offering the mixed steamed vegetables anymore. Tough to say they now offer slimy greens. ‍ I’ve asked the corporate office to bring back steamed vegetables many times. They always respond with the same corporate mumbo-jumbo. Service was fast and prompt and very friendly.

God has blessed Panda Express with the knowledge of fast food and how to do it right. They make the food fresh and don’t need to cut corners—what many other fast food places are lacking. Panda knows how to give you quality and convenience. I come to panda when I need some tea and sometimes to eat. One of my favorite places and almost always my go-to. Thank you for helping people stay fed and awake out here on the road

I was headed to the doctor nearby and stopped for a quick bite beforehand. I was disappointed to not find any tofu or impossible chicken options. I opted for two sides. The smallest are what they call medium and they put them in a Chinese style box. Sides are not cheap as they cost $4.60. I had a chow mein and greens. The chow mein was just ok. The greens were good and healthy fare. I couldn’t eat everything. At home I cut the greens into smaller pieces and mixed them with the chow mein. It tastes better like that. I wish Panda Express would bring back the impossible chicken, or at least have tofu as an option.

‘ve never had such a bad experience in my life. I asked one of the employees for a sample and she was very rude and hateful. Then my daughter asked for a glass to pour her drink since we didn’t want to stay in the establishment and they wanted to charge her for it. It’s incredible. The service was so bad I’d never go to a place like this again. The service was terrible and the food was cold.

Don’t usually post or make bad reviews on any kind of QSR spots, BUT COME ON.
A single mother who had a long day at work just trying to grab something quick but good would expect better from a place that runs double the price of mcds.
I would assume I could count on Panda to feed my kids a decent meal…
Instead I got two cabbage and broccoli kids meals with a side of beef and noodles.
If I wanted my children to eat like vegans I would not be buying from Panda.
All I had asked for was a day off from cooking and turns out I still had to cook because my children had a kids meal from here that basically turned out to be a snack. Then when I tried to call so they could make it right, no answer. Possibly in the kitchen prepping more vegan kids meals for their next carnivore family…. Not at all worth the drive, effort, money or time.

Great food for Panda Express. Just wish the staff were a little more interactive and can smile more. They looked miserable, even when I was trying to engage them! I suppose you can’t ask for everything…

This isn’t my first time ordering from Panda. The previous three times, the portions weren’t large, but they weren’t this small either. This time, I’m extremely disappointed. The mushroom chicken is the smallest I’ve ever seen—only 5-6 pieces of chicken, lots of rice ,little of meat and vegetable . If the portions remain like this, no one will ever buy food from Panda again, especially if the price is $10.

My memory of Panda Express was way better than today’s reality. After wanting to stop for a couple years owing to that fondness, I did today. I was disheartened by the absolutely bland food and small portions. A mountain of tasteless rice accompanied 1/8 cups each of Broccoli Beef and Kung Pao Chicken. I also got an egg roll of sadness.
.
At least the fountain soda was mixed right. The fitting cookie had a really nice fortune, so there was that.
.
The prices were appropriate for an airport. This was a terrible value.
.
And yet, the drive through line was long, as was the line inside. Who are these people to eagerly await this food? Who am I to question them, since I was also in the line? I don’t make this mistake again.

Terrible. Rushed service and won’t even provide a small sample to try what you are ordering. Don’t give any discount to nearby company employees. Just rush service with strict voice tone. What happened to this place? Wonder if it’s a management change. Even cutting down on condiments, not even an extra fork in case you drop one. Worst, the portions are small, 3 shrimps and 2 small meat pieces, rest vegetables to appear as it’s something. Would not restock the dish at 3pm?! I originally wanted that. You have to ask for all small things. Seems like even if girls giving portions on plate are under pressure and gets looks from manager. Seriously! This is a company
