This is the WORST McDonald’s. I was just there for an hour waiting on food. I was well entertained. While waiting I observed quite a few instances that need to be addressed. First one of the employees was using the play area as a daycare. Her three kids were fighting, cussing and using a broom that was covered in a mysterious grey film to wipe the tables in the play area. Their language was horrible and the broom ok all of the tables was beyond disgusting. While waiting in the dining area all you could hear was the employees arguing and yelling about how they were about to quit. There were about 6 of them back there most of them standing around stacking food and itching their head with their bare hands and obnoxiously long fingernails that went straight into all the customers fries as she prepared them. The really short girl with the glasses was cussing and complaining about how everything was not “her” job. After standing there for 15 minutes and watching others I stepped closer to the counter and asked for my food. He gave me half the order so I handed it to my child and walked back in to the counter hoping for the other half. It was like he forgot and he wouldn’t even look in my direction. after 20 minutes more minutes, my kid was ready to go so I asked for either a refund or the rest of my food so I can leave and my tired kid to go home. He caught attitude with me saying it was right there… I Asked if I could just have it. He then came back to ask if I wanted my food or a refund and I said whichever can happen faster. They then told me there was only one person working…. I’m looking at 6 employees…. Very confusing.

Kiosk did not work. Made you go to the register. Cashier was unenthusiastic and mostly ignored us . Tables were filthy. I asked for a rag to wipe the table, and cashier said ok, then walked away to talk to a customer. She returned to register and asked to take someone else’s’ order. I had to ask for a rag 3 times before she got one for me so I could CLEAN THE TABLES!! Ridiculous!!
Once we FINALLY received our food, my fish filet was stone cold, French fries were dumped upside down in the bag and we didn’t have ketchup. I went back to the counter. The cashier looked straight at me so I asked for ketchup. She said she was busy taking an order. I told her she had been rude to me earlier and I just want some ketchup. She argued that I was rude which was a lie. Up until then I had been very patient while waiting for her to acknowledge me. So I leaned over the counter and asked workers in the back for ketchup because cashier would not give me any.
I hate to pull the race card, but I know she was ignoring me because I was white. The cashier was a cute black girl with long straight hair. But her attitude was very ugly.
I used to love McDonalds. My first job was with McDonalds in 1974. I will NEVER go to this location again!!!

If you are charging $5.77 for 3 pancakes and a sausage, at least give 2 syrups. I don’t care if the syrup is 25 cents extra, it should come with 2 syrups regardless. Also, just look at the burnt sausage, this is what yall serving.

Where to even begin with sharing my experience at what I can only call the WORST McDonald’s. My husband and I are door dashers and we love what we do. Today I kind of wished in my head that we never got into door dashing. There was a woman that came over the intercome and asked if we would be using our mobile app. Nothing out of the normal there I have work for McDonals and that is the first thing your are to ask a customer. My husband told her that we had a moible order (my coffee) and a dash to pick up. He then gave her the code for my order and she just said to pull around not ok -name- and then ask about the door dash (that had me worried I am very picky about my coffee). I asked if she had got my coffee order nothing. We then went to the first window where we saw her walking towards the front no recipt nothing. Ok must be a crazy morning I can relate. We get to the second window where we wait 5 mins till she asks us to park. No problem I cant tell you how many times I have had to ask customers to do that (difference is I do appologize and give a brief but understandable reason for them to park and wait). We wait for I want to say 7-8 minutes until my husband looks out the car window into the store and see the same woman playing on her phone sitting at a table. I have had to open with just one other person while I got coffee, sauces, creams, ect set up not to mention taking orders, filling orders, making drinks, making hash browns, and still provide the customers an experience that will make them want to come back. The sad thing is she didn’t even get up until my husband backed the car up like he was backing up into the drive tru. This is when she jumped up and brought us out the door dash order which was ……. a chicken mcgriddle and my coffee. The cream and sugar was in a bag. She never offered an apology for the long wait, thanked us for coming to mcdonalds, and didn’t wish us a good day. The rudeness and lack of respect for our time was enough to make anyone made but the icing on the cake was the cream and sugar on the side. There was a car infront of us and that was it. This would have never happened at my store with me on the clock even on my worst day you will never see me on my phone while customers need well anything. I don’t even know how this store has a 2.5 star rating I think that is far to generous….. I will never return to this establishment not even for a door dash when that store pops up on my screen I will ignore it because there just isn’t enougn money to deal with that much of disrespect. Sorry this is so long but I have never been this upset after leaving a McDonalds.

Please stay away from this McDonalds, They get frustrated really quick and wanted to fight my father and mother with my two year old brother. This man was the main one cussing and acting like he was drugged.

I’ve been to thousands of McDonald’s and somehow this one managed to be the worst. The drive-thru staff couldn’t even take a basic order. Not a custom order. Not complicated. Just… an order.
If confusion and incompetence were on the menu, they’d be fully stocked. McDonald’s is supposed to be fast and consistent — this location is neither. Save yourself the time and go literally anywhere else.

Our atmosphere was horrible service and attitudes at the drive-thru window. The person taking my order suggested a coke with my breakfast without advising me there was an up charge by changing from coffee. When I noticed that I questioned why It was suggested when I wasn’t warned. I ended up with a manager having to waste several minutes of my life making a phone call and giving me change back while yelling to the next window to be sure that I didn’t get a coke. If I have to worry about a business trying to deceive money from me I will change were I do business.

Whomever is Managing this store needs to be held accountable. Customer service is poor. Upon arrival I could overhear an verbal altercation from the parking lot. Before I could even exit the vehicle there were multiple police on the scene.

This restaurant is terrible. It’s a long wait inside because no one is at the front taking orders. The kiosk is broken. No staff checks in on the front until orders are done which takes a long time. The manager refused the guy in front of me a refund for not having his apple pies because he didn’t want to wait. The staff ignores indoor customers. The service is terrible. The wait is terrible.

Every time I visit this location my food is never right. First time, my fries came out with black specks all over them and no nuggets which was the whole order. Second time I was given someone else’s order. Now, I ordered a chicken mcgriddle and was given a super hard chicken biscuit. The phone is never working to get someone to answer.
