This is a wonderful food truck with excellent food. We found this a few years back and make several trips every summer.
There is no seating but dont let that stop you. Bring a truck or a lawn chair and tailgate.

This is one of the best meals you can get in Burnsville. Service is impeccable. Friendly and hospitable staff run this place well and serve wonderful food. This has become a staple for me. I go multiple times in any given week. I would give this as a HIGHLY RECOMMENDED destination to anyone who is hungry. On top of being great food, it is also a great value. I can get full for around $7.00 and get STUFFED for $11.21. I take their tacos, each of which is wrapped in two tortillas, separate the tortillas and spread the contents between the two. This creates 2 tacos out of every 1 I buy, and they are both full of goodness!

Excellent taco truck! Food was fresh and delicious. We got the birra de res and several of the tacos, came with plenty of limes and both the mild (green) and spicy (orange) sauces were the bomb. Definitely come eat here!

Best street taco’s in Minnesota! Steak with all the fixings and mild sauce, and the staff is so sweet. Prices are very reasonable for the quality of the food. My coworkers and I eat there several days a week.

If you’re looking for a food truck that puts love into the food this isn’t the one. This is the type of food truck that you go to because of convenience or everything else is closed. Burrito was a little better than the torta and the al pastor was a lil better than the asada. Also high prices especially for a food truck with little overhead.
