I crave their biscuits and honey sometimes so I’ll dd it or have my son pick it up… The French vanilla iced coffee or salted caramel iced coffee with a shot of espresso gives me life when I don’t feel like making my own at home…

I seldom post reviews. This McDonald’s is a consistently poor experience. Today they were slow in the drive thru, which is typical at this location. They had a hot microphone and were bad mouthing the lady whose order they just took in the lane beside me. When I paid I realized my meal was higher than expected and after reviewing the receipt it was not the meal I ordered. I could then see the car in front of me also had an issue with their receipt. When I got to the window for my meal I mentioned having paid for the wrong meal and they said the lady in front of me did as well. They told me my total was correct though. It wasn’t but I decided I would just rather leave and end the experience. I will just go to a different location or restaurant going forward.

I opted to go inside due to the backed up drive through lines. I walked in and the lobby was backed up as well. A customer in line told me I would be waiting a while. One of the workers was letting everyone know they had to use the kiosk to place an order because they didn’t have no help. People were waiting anxiously for their food. The worker continued to tell patrons they had to use the kiosk. An older gentleman was very frustrated with the technology. Patrons were helping others with using the kiosk. An older patron should be able to order at the counter in my opinion. As I was waiting, the girl handing people their food was very friendly. Management should not be putting their staff and patrons in this situation. The sausage biscuit and hashbrowns were good. The floor was very slippery in the entire lobby.

There is a total renovation going on at this location, and it appears to be close to finished. They removed the fun games and stool seating from the last renovation, and replaced it with some strange-looking raised booths with individual overhead lights. There are now touch screens in the ordering area so you can opt to avoid human contact with the workers 2 feet away and tap your choices onto a screen instead. No ketchup or condiment station, and the wall art is odd.
There were approximately 5 workers in the front of the house, none of which acknowledged us, but they spent our entire meal gossiping loudly while sitting at a large table together.
We waited for our meal for 10+ minutes as the only patrons in the restaurant, and still ended up with old fries and cold burgers. It wasn’t a good experience. But it got one more star than the last time I went, so there’s that. We spent $28 on 2 combos and a happy meal. Ouch.

Tonight was by far the worst trip ive had to mcdonalds in my entire life im disgusted for seeveral reasons the first beingbthey handed our order out to the car in front of us then proceeded to give us the same unwrapped food when we got to the window without the least bit of concern who knows if the people in that car just left the hospital sick etc … Secondly gave the wrong drink twice an still refused to fix it.. then thirdly when my husband attempted to take the drink back was stopped at the door and greeted with a bad attitude an severe lack of customer appreciation…. the my last an final complaint being when i tried to call the store they had taken the phone off the hook bc they were busy so reaching a manager was clearly impossible … definately a disgraceful attempt at a quick family dinner

Too bad the food value didn’t meet the service and atmosphere. On the way to take my wife to work I stopped to get her a bacon biscuit. A bacon biscuit, no egg or cheese, costs $3.19. When I checked it at the window (which I normally don’t do) there was one piece of bacon. Just one for $3. I always heard of living “high on the hog” but didn’t expect it to be that high. Just for comparison, after I dropped my son off at work, I went by BK on Eason Blvd. Thought I would check their 2/$5 biscuits, bacon only- no egg or cheese, to make the comparison fair. I added photos so you can decide for yourself where I got the better deal.

They won’t serve all the time, I got there and they were serving ONLY door dash or mobile apps. So now we have to guess if they will serve us.
