A small group of us went here 12/4 and we sat at the bar. Keenan was the bartender and he is the reason I am leaving this review. Rarely does a bartender nail it but this gentleman is at the top of his game. He asked the right questions for a dirty martini made correctly the first time. Usually I have to ask for more brine, more olives, or they jack it up with a massive amount of vermouth but his martini was *perfect*. AT CHILI’S of all places!!! He’s also quick on his feet when placing orders and juggles multiple customers at the same time with ease. I’m not sure what Chili’s hourly pay is for a bartender, however this dude deserves the maximum pay rate because he’s better than most wannabe “bartenders” I see at high end restaurants. He’s killin it! His service coupled with another amazing cheeseburger translates to a new regular customer. Outstanding job all around.

Music and background noise isn’t too loud to prevent conversation. Seating leaves a lot to be desired as it’s a fairly busy location and they don’t have enough bigger booths for groups of 3+.
The franchise itself got rid of the white queso which was the primary reason we went most times.
Food isn’t bad but isn’t great. Service is hit or miss as sometimes we get ignored or sometimes the server is attentive but not friendly.

My husband and I ate here last night. No sooner did our server, Becky, take our order and our chips and salsa were delivered. The food was out quick too. The staff works as a team to ensure great service and we are never disappointed when we eat at the Hanover Chili’s…very well managed. Noise can be a bit loud but everything else is great.

Decided to try the food here tonight since we haven’t been in for almost 5 months and wanted something different.
First off, the prices really went up. Almost an extra $3-4 per entree. With that, I believe the food should have been way better than it was tonight.
The chicken tenders were almost $17 and came out Luke warm and very, very dry and gristly . This was very disappointing.
The fries were good, and so was the corn and the mozzarella sticks.
We also got a chicken sandwich, which wasn’t bad.
The southwest egg rolls were cold and soggy but did taste good other than that.

All in all, it was ok. It wasn’t bad enough that we will never go back, but if we go back and it’s the same we probably will not return.

Had a large 30 person family gathering on Friday 10/10/25 and the managers, waitstaff, and runners couldn’t have made the dinner more perfect! Our glasses remained full & all of our food was delivered hot and accurate! So pleased with this location!

I absolutely love this place me and my husband go almost everyday and the people couldn’t be nicer always sweet patient and hardworking and they get our food out immediately my only complaint is that theyre too good. Great place for any event; Dates, family moments, friends and parties.

Always enjoy my visits here! If you’re a sports fan, they have you covered and always have sports on the TV’s. My food rating always varies because I like to try new things. Tonight I ordered the spicy shrimp tacos, they were very good, I may like a little more flavor, but I started dipping it in my husbands ranch and that made it so much more flavorful! He got a brisket quesadilla which I preferred more; had more flavor. Fun fact: This was the chili’s my husband and I had our first date at. While we were there, we experienced a birthday chant, I have the very end on video, but you get a free dessert when coming for your birthday, so maybe think of coming here for that. It was busy when we went, but have patience, it’s Worth it and also the reason is because it’s popular. Can’t wait for my next visit!

They take the time to listen, double-check, and make sure every meal is handled with care. Raw steak, quesadilla hardly had any meat on them, unsure if they were even cooked and salsa was straight liquid!!! My husband had to spend 40 mins of his time/gas to go back for a cooked meal
