Every time we go here, we get pulled up. today trying to get breakfast before work for my family. Was pulled up for 20 minutes. Finally get our food and it doesn’t have any of the sides with it for our hot cakes. We don’t have no syrup no nothing this is getting ridiculous. Doesnt it matter what time of day I come? I always get pulled and I’m always sitting there waiting. This is supposed to be fast food. Nothing in that kitchen takes over five minutes to cook. If even five minutes.

I was picking up a DoorDash order that was supposed to be ready when I arrived, but I ended up waiting 15–20 minutes. The problem wasn’t the kitchen being behind.. it was how the staff were handling the orders.
At McDonald’s, you’re not supposed to clear an order off the screen until you’re actually handing it to the customer. But I watched an employee hit “served” on multiple orders way before they were even bagged. In my case, I saw my customer’s order get marked as served, and then I stood there another 10 minutes before anyone even started bagging it.
They were also sticking the order stickers onto the screen, which cluttered everything and led to staff getting confused about which order was actually next.
This caused a major, unnecessary delay for me and creates a huge risk of mix-ups for customers. Management needs to address this, because clearing orders before they’re ready defeats the whole purpose of the order screen system..

I have never had such amazing customer service. Kiaya at the McDonald’s in Algood, was so kind and made me feel like family. That is absolutely not something you receive from fast food. She was knowledgeable, sweet and made sure I had the best deal possible. I highly recommend this McDonald’s.

The rudestttt people. Did curb side pick up one evening. It’s busy, and I understand. Ive worked in a fast pace environment and I know it’s stressful. We sit for a while and I notice a notification that it is on its way to me. Cool. 5 minutes pass. Nothing. 10 minutes pass. Nothing. 15 pass. Nothing. Finally 20 minutes comes (this is only 20 minutes since it said it was coming out, not including however long we sat. I finally go in to make sure it wasn’t brought to the wrong car or something. The most hateful people were at the counter. I show her my phone and where it showed it was supposed to be delivered to the car 20 minutes ago. No apology, no explanation nothing. She walks away to a shelf 5 feet from the register and grabs my food. Brings it back to me, still no apology or anything and rather than hand it directly to me, as I’m standing in front of the counter she just sits it down and walks away. Im absolutely baffled. I get life is stressful at times but this is your job. Unacceptable. If I weren’t feeling so tired after working all day, I would’ve demanded a refund or something. I am genuinely shocked and appalled at the behavior. Don’t recommend. You’ll get treated like crap and won’t get your food for a while 0/10. Save your money.

The last 3 times i have eaten here i have gotten nothing i asked for. I regulary get charged for food that i do not recieve and the food i do recieve is always wrong. Dont waste your time comming to this mcdonalds.
