Absolutely the slowest fast food place we’ve ever been. Simple combo meals and to close to 20 mins. Don’t go if you are in a hurry. I’ve never seen so many drive thru people walk in asking where there’s food is. And trust me, it was NOT busy

Joey, was new to the MANAGER position at the restaurant. He served with enthusiasm and attention to detail. He had been working on a large order and apologized for a bit of a delay in receiving and delivering my order to me, but it was all done in good spirits, and we even laughed a bit together. I was impressed with his enthusiasm and caring about the quality of service that he was able to deliver. Burger King should be proud to have this young man as a member of their team.

I visited this burger king today after a long horrible day. It was the most incredible experience I could have ever asked for! Velvet, Katelin, & Harlon made sure we felt welcomed and cared for. They were extremely friendly and helpful. The food was spot on. I honestly feel like it was the best burger king experience I’ve had in a long time. Please recognize theses employees. I was visiting from Tampa hangry, and left extremely satisfied.

This is the Burger King beside the Old Town. The restaurant is very spacious and clean. It’s late at night so there aren’t many customers. The server odds the nicest that I’ve met. Helpful, friendly, chatty. I’m trying to order the $3 whopper Wednesday. I don’t have the US version of the BK app. He helps me to get into the app and obtain a code. The shoppers come very fast. It’s juicy and yummy. Thank you, nice BK server.

Great experience, I have been traveling and had a hard time on the road. But two good people make a huge difference in my day, Michale and Catherine were outstanding with their customer service, and showed great caring and compassion for my situation. The two of them may see what they did as something small but to me it was a big statement and a helpful gesture that really showcases the employees at Burger King as kind and caring people. Joe, the guy on the drive through was very rude and short tempered. I ordered a double cheese and he cut me off and said what kind of double cheese the whooper or burger, and i responded accordingly. Then i proceeded to tell him i had a code and he said he has to start all over and said I had to give him the code in the beginning of the order. He proceeded to lecture me about how to order in a rudely manner. I get to the window and he does not say a single word to me, just hands out the machine for me to pay. Then he hands me my order, again, without saying a word and doesn’t even smile. You have lost a loyal customer, JOE SHOULD BE FIRED. I have never been treaded this badly at a fast food restaurant ever in my life.

Even though we waited 15 mins for our food around 3pm today. I believe Harlen ( hope I spelled it correctly) deserves a shout out. He was extremely nice and seemed to be the only one working at the time. At least from what I saw. He was handling all of drive thru and front orders. Taking them to cars going to the back flipping the fry baskets THEN coming back to the other side to bag them. And he did it with a smile. Thank you harlen

Food was good when we eventually received it, as it took ages for our number to be called, others receiving their orders before ours, even though they arrived after us. Too cold/cool inside the restaurant. Turn it down a little for the evening, you might cut your costs
