Don’t usually do reviews but felt that today’s service and experience deserved a shout out and recognition. Ms. Latoya provided fantastic customer service during out lunch visit. This location is starting to go down. Most of the time the service is decent but the last 3 times I’ve gone either stuff is missing from my order or it’s completely wrong. My mother visited this location a few days ago, purchased a cheeseburger happy meal and received nuggets. The food is pretty fresh no complaints on the quality, but the drive thru staff has to pay more attention.

I have been in the drive-thru and on the inside. The drive-thru is actually quicker than going on the inside during my experiences. I only eat their French fries and Frappes. The Fappes were always good. I just wish they would use a different scooper for the fries since I order them with no salt because I always get the salt residue from the salted fries. The employees have great attitudes.

Waited forever to get my food, on top of that the cook opened my burger with no gloves on and touched my food. I confronted them they remade it. Only one patty soaked in Big Mac sauce and was cold. Pathetic excuse for a restaurant. Will be notifying the Jeffers directly being I know them personally.

I ordered a small coffee and when I got to the window to pay for it the price had changed. Without asking me, the girl at the 1st window took my change to donate it. I asked if that was their new policy. It Is Not. I’m Only giving 3 stars because the young man at the 2nd window corrected it and was very kind about it.

UPDATE: I placed a mobile order last night for a Frappuccino. When I got there, I was told that the Frappuccino machine is being cleaned so they could not make my Frappuccino. When I asked if they were going to refund my money, I was told they can’t do that because it was a mobile order. Basically, I was told that I was not going to get the product that I paid for and they were not going to refund my money. I pointed out to them that this is theft. I tried to contact the owner, Chris Jeffers, on Facebook through private messenger, but he has his setting to not accept messages from “everyone.” As you can see below, I previously praised this location. After that review, I have continued to receive better food quality and outstanding customer service. However, after this experience, I probably will not be going back. I would worry every time I order via mobile (which is my preferred method to order) I would be taking a chance that they would just keep my money.
