I don’t leave reviews normally but I’m over this. Ordered 2 McChickens, only got one with add cheese?? With weird looking and cold fries.. cookies cold too like theyve been refrigerated. it’s 9:30 at night and yall aren’t busy. Itd be nice to actually get hot food. Ready for the one on airline to open.

my mom’s burger was raw the fries were old and unsalted. They forgot my brothers chicken nuggets and replaced it with another burger. They gave us the ice cream at the window and had us pull around and we sat there for around 15 minutes while the ice cream melted. And my chicken sandwich had way too much on it. The bread tasted old stale disgusting. The chicken was not good.

Place actually SUCKS, I never leave reviews but how are you going to CHARGE me for extra raisins and fruit for my oatmeal but then give me none, ordered a dp got a Diet Coke. Every single experience I have here is awful. A 15 year old can run this place better than them. Not hard to look at a screen and see what they want… lazy is all I’m going to say.

So this is the 3rd or fourth time in a not so long period of time that they say that they can’t make ice cream. I don’t believe that they shut rhe machine down before 8pm. They’re just giving me a hard time. I know because one of those times, I had ordered ice cream and something else and the lady at the 1st window (pay window) lied and said, ” we don’t have any ice cream.” I knew it was a lie when she said, but i didn’t argue. So I drove to the 2nd window to pick up what I could order and asked the man, “will the ice cream machine be working tomorrow, and he replied its working now and gave it to me.

This is the best location I have visited in a long time. When I tell you, the food was cooked to perfection! My burger was seasoned as if I was at a steak house. I could literally taste the pepper. It was so clean inside, we ate in! This usually does not be a thing for my family since Covid, so it was a pleasure having a meal here with my family. The upgraded look is amazing with the lighting and small touches of decor. They also have better seating for handicap customers. Thanks for making my visit to McDonalds remeberable.

October 6th 2025 @ 9:45pm, I pulled up to the drive thru and I was the only person there. Someone else pulled up to the right of me and the took his order and I still sat there and waited a few minutes after that. I get my order and my Big Mac was cold and showered my fries that were only filled up halfway in the container!!! They all need to be retrained and if they only want to serve certain people then they need to be replaced!!!!!

5 Star Its the best possible product period!
4 Star Its an amazing combination of value/quality/functionality.
3 Star It just does what it’s supposed to without any major flaw.
2 Star It doesn’t meet expectations in price/quality/functionality. Can maybe be made to work with a fair amount of effort on your end.
1 Star Garbage, doesn’t deliver it intended function without unacceptable compromise on your end.
Went inside because drive through had cars lined up around building. Waited 10 minutes to order. Items came out 15 minutes later. Went to car and said let me check items. Order not correct. 10 minutes to get someone to front counter again. Guy in front of me was in drive through and returning his improperly cooked meal. Tried to be as patient as possible but one can only lower standards to a certain degree. My time and patronage appears not to be appreciated. Employees avoid lobby of restaurant at all costs. Every time I visit inside it’s impossible to get any help in restaurant at front counter.
Asked for refund and left.
I will not be coming back as my order was as basic as it gets ordering for 1 person. I’ll starve before stopping here again!!

Tables were dirty, given the wrong change (duped out of $10) the burger was NOT what i ordered , didn’t find out until i’d driven home. Kids were happy with there meal. Mine was a mouthful of disappointment!

The McDonald’s on Airline Rd and US 70 has declined a lot in quality. They don’t take pride in the food they serve. They don’t care if they serve you slop. It’s disappointing because it’s the only McDonald’s in the area.
On a few occasions, I’ve asked to have my food made fresh and they still give me old food, or they re-cook the same old food, and I can taste it. I’ve kept quiet in hopes that they would eventually get it together, but they haven’t. The fries are almost always old and cold. This McDonald’s is a disappointment.
