I recently visited your restaurant and had a very frustrating experience with my order and the service I received.
I ordered a Happy Meal with a cheeseburger, no pickles, no onions, added Big Mac sauce, and apple slices instead of extra fries. When I received my order at the drive-through, it was completely incorrect. There were no apple slices and I was given chicken nuggets instead of the cheeseburger.
I went inside to have the order corrected, and the staff gave me dirty looks before someone finally came to help. The employee who assisted me appeared annoyed about fixing the mistake. When I received the remade order, it was still wrong—it didn’t have cheese and barely had any Big Mac sauce. I had to send it back again just to have cheese added.
When I finally got the burger back with cheese, I mentioned that a little more Big Mac sauce would be nice, and the employee rolled their eyes at me.
This entire experience was very disappointing. I understand mistakes happen, but the attitude from the staff and the repeated errors with such a simple order were unacceptable. I hope this issue can be addressed so future customers receive better service.

I love coming to this McDonalds. I always spot my truck on the side street with no issues.
I got the usual medium coffee with 4 sugars. They added cream but it was ok. McDonalds got the best coffee and its not even a debate.
Stop by and check them out if you’re in the area.

First off right out of the gate. We ordered table service and our food never showed up.
20 minutes in and we went to the counter and they said your food is right there on the counter. They said they didn’t have a table 121. Then only half the order was in the bag and the food was cold. They refused to give us fresh food and again said there wasn’t a table 121. Picture of table number for reference.
I’m guessing someone asked away with the other half of my food.
They were extremely rude about the situation and again refused to replace the food.
We tossed the cold food in the trash and left.
I’m guessing the mngr was the one in the Purple polo.
I’m guessing asking if there was someone with the name on the ticket was out of the question.
The table number was on the bag. If there was no table 121 then atleast ask if the customer was there.
Obviously the table was there though. The employees should know the range of table numbers in the store.
If you don’t want to bring food to the table then don’t offer the service.

This is the first McDonald’s I have ever been to that has got my order right an the food was prepare correctly and wrapped correctly. For McDonald’s the staff on this shift at this location gos above an beyond any other McDonald’s anywhere

It says it’s drive through is open 24 hours but whenever I go at night, it’s closed. Also, it says it’s dining room is open until 1am, yet whenever I get there after 10pm, the doors are locked and the chairs are on the table. Also, the app lies, they make me buy something in order to get something that the app says I get for free. Please change your hours to reflect real open hours, and allow people to get free things from the app actually for free.

If the one female manager is working things run smoothly. I wish I knew her name, but she has blondish brown curly hair, probably mid 30’s, usually working the 2nd drive thru window. She’s friendly, professional and keeps everyone in place.

We ordered breakfast through the app at around 10 AM. The app says breakfast is available until 10:29. I left to get the order at 10:30, and they canceled it while I was driving. Waste of time and gas. Why allow someone to place an order you are going to refuse to fill?

Got my food and they forgot my large fry. They also almost forgot a kids meal on the order, the entire kids meal. Then they even forgot to put the apples in said kids meal. And they don’t even have a machine to leave a message. Ridiculous that that is how most fast food places are. You get the wrong food, but you can’t call because no one answers or even has a stupid answering machine.

Sometimes this place is just a hit and miss. Just like this morning I had gotten the bagel sandwich the entire Bagel was hard and the hash browns were cold. But there’s other times I come and everything is fine.

This place is the worst. Food takes forever to get to you. My second time here and you can’t get your refill on your own. I waited about five minutes for somebody to come help me even though all the employees looked at me. Nohelia seems to be a supervisor. She looked at me several and ignored me. No one wanted to help even with eye contact.
