I ordered a Happy Meal with a cheeseburger, no pickles, no onions, added Big Mac sauce, and apple slices instead of extra fries. When I received my order at the drive-through, it was completely incorrect. There were no apple slices and I was given chicken nuggets instead of the cheeseburger.
I went inside to have the order corrected, and the staff gave me dirty looks before someone finally came to help. The employee who assisted me appeared annoyed about fixing the mistake. When I received the remade order, it was still wrong—it didn’t have cheese and barely had any Big Mac sauce. I had to send it back again just to have cheese added.
When I finally got the burger back with cheese, I mentioned that a little more Big Mac sauce would be nice, and the employee rolled their eyes at me.
This entire experience was very disappointing. I understand mistakes happen, but the attitude from the staff and the repeated errors with such a simple order were unacceptable. I hope this issue can be addressed so future customers receive better service.
I love coming to this McDonalds. I always spot my truck on the side street with no issues.
I got the usual medium coffee with 4 sugars. They added cream but it was ok. McDonalds got the best coffee and its not even a debate.

20 minutes in and we went to the counter and they said your food is right there on the counter. They said they didn’t have a table 121. Then only half the order was in the bag and the food was cold. They refused to give us fresh food and again said there wasn’t a table 121. Picture of table number for reference.
I’m guessing someone asked away with the other half of my food.
They were extremely rude about the situation and again refused to replace the food.
We tossed the cold food in the trash and left.
I’m guessing the mngr was the one in the Purple polo.
I’m guessing asking if there was someone with the name on the ticket was out of the question.
The table number was on the bag. If there was no table 121 then atleast ask if the customer was there.
Obviously the table was there though. The employees should know the range of table numbers in the store.
If you don’t want to bring food to the table then don’t offer the service.
