Ordered a lemonade and a sweet tea lemonade, when they handed over the drinks I said one is supposed to have sweet tea in it & she swore the one with “tea” indented on the lid (the one on the left) did have the tea in it. This was 14hrs into a 19hr drive so I didn’t bother to argue but I could taste and you can clearly see they are both only lemonade. The food wasn’t much better.

Ultimately, the experience was not worth another visit. As a former employee at another location, it was difficult to understand why they are willing to make a underwhelming dining experience. All of the service employees purposely ignored all of the customers waiting to be helped since they were missing parts of their order, cups, or a missing order that had been bumped off, and several customers waited 3-5 minutes and had to grab their attention before they walked away, because the employees and manager refused to acknowledge them. My sandwich was the wrong sandwich as I had gotten mayo instead of the spicy sauce for my chicken sandwich and had noticeably not been fresh, as if it had been sitting in the cabinet since lunch switchover. Overall, it appears that this store needs improvement in all quality, service, and accuracy that needs to be addressed.

Arrived at midnight to the “24 service drive thru.” Sat at the intercom for 5 minutes, ignored the whole time. Drove to the drive thru, person in front of me got their food after a long time. I sat at the window and they stared at me then turned the lights off outside without telling me a single thing. All I went for was coffee before visiting the hospital to see a dying family member. But none of your workers have any competency and all deserve to be fired

We pulled up to this McDees at 11:30 PM on a Thursday. I think this one fella may have new running the whole ship by himself. Either way he hooked us up with some hot and fresh burgers and fries all while getting the order perfectly. Sweet tea was a solid mix like it should be in East Tennessee.

It’s the worst service of any fast food. I placed an order with the time stamp of 3:44, pm. I finally went to the counter to enquire about my order at 4:02 pm. There was no apologies. Not even a compliment of fries, which Burger King offered when I waited 5 minutes for my order.

We went through the drive thru. 2 cars ahead of us 5 mintues later car at speaker move gave them the benefit of doubt it was the customer. Second car moves up he sits there crickets no one helped him we sat behind him for another two minutes still nothing no one came to the speaker to help him. We left. I really wish there was someone we could talk to that would actually do something. It is getting worse I thought hand outs were over and people actually had to work.

Ice cold fries and i ordered a qtr pound and was told they were not making anymore qtr pounders for the rest of the night. So i ordered a double cb – Plain. And it was Plain, plain with ketchup, onions, pickles & mustard.and it was ice cold too. Pretty sorry location
