Most competent mcdonalds employee (sarcasm). 2 young ladies at the drive thru were very short with us at the speaker and window, threw the fries in the bag upside down lol. If you dont like working here, quit!

20241213 Stopped here to meet a friend for drop off, and decided to get a meal before leaving. I ordered curbside but ended up running in to pick up my food. The customers are very nice and polite… must be a Southern thing which is so much to experience. The food was freshly made. I was surprised that they sell Krispy Kreme donuts!! ALL McDs should sell them! I didn’t know McDs sells Sweet Tea Lemonade . It was very good!!

Pretty annoying with your standing at the counter because you want a sauce, straw, your drink cup they forgot or any other reason and 4 different employees pass you with out even an acknowledgement. Looked fully staffed and it wasn’t swamped with customers. They certainly didn’t walk or move like they were focused on pushing orders out fast. Also no changing table in the restroom is crazy. Had to change my newborn daughter in the car.

Desperately needs new leadership. Floors are covered in tracked dried up mud, leadership yelling at young crew members for something about chicken nuggets and whatever else they need. I feel sooo bad for them I could cry. She broke their spirit. No need for that AT ALL

drinks were okay. had to sit at the speaker for over 5 minutes before someone finally answered. we informed them of this but they just seemed to find it funny and proceeded to ignore the other cars in the drive thru as well. customer service has always lacked here.

I was asked to pull forward without a reason given. There was already 4 other cars waiting too. The car in spot 1 and myself waited over 20 minutes while 6 cars behind us in the drive thru received their orders. My food arrived without the other fry I ordered. Also, without any sauces or napkins. This is the WORST McDonald’s! My son loves McDonald’s so we have visited a lot. Unfortunately, this one is closest to my house. I usually drive an extra 15 minutes just to go to a different one.

Very strange experience at this McDonald’s. About 14 employees milling around all with jackets on and dirty clothes, half painted chewed off fingernails, wiping their hands on their pants. It took me 15 minutes to get a Big Mac and a small fry and they were only two other customers. 4:00pm. Fries were good, Big Mac had a gallon ( it seems) of special sauce and a LOT of lettuce. Very messy.
