Truly ridiculous! That sums it up. Admittedly, this isn’t gourmet dining. It was “road food”. Something as simple as a hamburger with extra pickle and it had so little treatment of anything except pickle.

Absolutely the worst service! I usually only write great reviews for places, but after tonight’s experience, I cannot recommend this McDonald’s at all! They got my order wrong, even after I told them twice and charged me for a burger I didn’t have in the bag! I usually check the bag, but I had my wife at the Emergency Room most of the afternoon and evening and was tired. What upsets me is that I told them about the third burger twice, paid for it and it wasn’t in the bag ! Plus, the food was cold! I am definitely not happy! The corporation needs to do something about poor service!

I pulled up in the Drive-Thru I was the only car there. I sat there and waited when two other cars pulled up in the other lane and were helped first when I was helped the girl was in the mood and wasn’t very willing to help in any way. I pull around to the window and there was an issue with the McDonald’s app but she didn’t bother to try to get a manager or do anything to help. She rolled her eyes when I politely pointed out that there was something missing from my order before she rang it out. Unfortunately I do not have a closer McDonald’s to me because Time After Time whether it’s making the order wrong or dealing with very unenthusiastic ‘rude’ employees this McDonald’s seems to be really good at disappointing every time.

This McDonald’s is the worst in our area and quite possibly the worst that I have ever been to. There is always is something wrong with my order whenever I come here. A couple months ago I came here and it was 10 minutes before closing. I ordered a 2 hamburgers because I didn’t want to be too overbearing since it was 10 minutes before closing. That small order apparently didn’t fly with the cooks though because one burger had a whole mustard bottle in it and my other was dipped and covered in ketchup. Food retaliation is NOT ok. No matter if it is just extra condiments. I went back today for the first time since then and I used my app to get a free frappe but they charged me for the frappe still. I spoke with what I assume was the manager and she was unpleasant and snarky. She refunded us at the window but not before delivering the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. The window employees were also very rude. Don’t let the 3.8 star rating fool you this restaurant is a 1 star restaurant through and through. Don’t waste your time here there are so many restaurants to eat at at the pinnacle. Either pass right by this place and go somewhere else or go home because it is not worth it.

I have actually seen a more disgusting McDonald’s bathroom. It was on Canal Street in New Orleans during Mardi Gras. At least this location didn’t charge me a quarter to get into a stall without tissue or remaining unflushed behind several customers before me. When I mentioned to the cashier that the restrooms needed attention all she had to say was, “Yeah. I know.” in what I perceived as an impatient tone. Then she handed me my order which was both wrong AND cold. While I’m not in desparate need of validation, not one member of the staff greeted me or thanked me for my patronage. In truth, the ONLY reason I ever go to McDonald’s is to collect Happy Meal toys for the grandkids. This visit reminded me why that is so.

Rude and disrespectful made my niece cry over them leaving straws and mayo packets out of our bag, they ripped the bag with 6 boxed hamburgers n forgot our fries. So she went in to ask for straws and mayo he demanded to see the receipt,, i so kindly took it back in and showed them how rude they were and how they gave us the bag! I told them they should be ashamed at the service we got!
