We were in town for a family emergency and needed a place near the hospital to eat. I found the place by chance on Google , it had great reviews and something each of us liked so we decided to give it a try. We were pleasantly surprised with the atmosphere and staff. They we’re very welcoming and attentive. The food was absolutely amazing and the cakes were the best I’ve ever had. We shared a slice of carrot cake. We enjoyed it so much we went back 2 days later for dinner and of course more carrot cake! We will definitely return if we’re ever in Chattanooga again! My only wish is that I would have taken pictures to share the first day we went.

This place is utterly DISGUSTING. My husband went through the drive-thru, ordered McChickens, no mayo. He got home, mayo. He was sick so I went back. Sat in the drive-thru for 20 minutes. The young girl at the window, 1/5/26, 4 PM, did not want to be bothered at all. Handed the bag back after she’d fingered the sandwich, said there was a cheeseburger in it, and told me to pull up to the pole.
An older woman brought the food out, said she made it herself. Got to the light & decided to look, mayo. Turned around, went back, & went in. The older lady, supv I suppose, was nice about it. Said she’d remake them. While she was at the cash register, the young girl threw the bag at me and said “here”, dripping with attitude. Didn’t even look at me. Nasty work. She should have been fired ON THE SPOT.
We understand that you don’t want to be bothered, but if we’ve come 3 times to get the sandwiches correct, and we don’t have attitude, you sure as hell shouldn’t either.
As long as I live, coming to this location is not an option. High schoolers are not worth me losing my professional license NOR being disrespected. I can get food elsewhere.

Don’t order curbside unless you have an hour to kill.
I gave up and went inside after 30 minutes and they hadn’t even started any of our food. Once I got the bag I had to ask for the food that was missing. Once we got home we realized they didn’t put any of the sauces in the bag.
This McDonald’s has become the worst fast food place in Chattanooga, it hasn’t always been this bad.

Went to get a shake but there ice cream machine is always broke. So I ordered a Big Mac and fries this is at 8:07 pm. Had to wait 10 minutes for my order but I don’t know why Big Mac was cold and looked like it was from lunch fries were cold no salt on them at all. So I spent $9.26 and I still didn’t get to eat it it was nasty. So going to bed hungry. Oh my daughter was brave and took a bite Now she is laying in bed with a plastic bag feeling like she going to throw up. Thank you McDonalds. Goodnight I just had the update this review. I called the corporate office after hours but a nice lady named Shelia who works with the owner and corporate called me back the next day. She listened completely as I told of my complaints. She was very nice and was concerned I had a problem and told me all parties would be told the situation and it would be resolved. In the mean time she would send me a voucher for the meal I lost. Wow I didn’t expect to get a call back let alone be reimbursed. Thank you Shelia if it wasn’t for you I wasn’t going back. But now I will definitely give them another chance.

I ordered today 9/28 on the mobile app. When i arrived to the window i provided my order code when the young lady behind the speaker told me that they were unable to complete the order. When I pulled up to the window the employee had advised me that they were able to pull up the order but they are not able to give it to me or it was ‘unable to complete’ ( I never got any further explanation than that). Mind you the $$ was taken out of my account and the order was processed. I showed the young lady that information, with the order code and showing the details of the order but she kept saying that they were not able to provide me my order.
I ordered a 10 piece nugget medium meal. I asked if they could make the order if it was something with THEIR system.
The employee advised no with actually no solution or alternative.
Its not about the money but more of the principle. I had already placed an order, its not the fault of the customer that for some odd reason that was never explained with the countless back and forth that they couldn’t provide me my food.
I asked what should I do?
The employee then said “I don’t know. Go home?”
First of all, that is so rude to say lol
Second of all its the error of MCDONALDS, I did my part. I placed the order, paid and provided the code and all the details.
& I’ve worked in restaurants & customer service jobs so I get it that these things happen.
It was a small order, would it really have been the biggest deal if you just made the order for me??
I asked for a manager, the young woman advised first that the manager isn’t going to be able to do anything for me.
Then I asked again and then she said that the manager wasn’t there at the time.
Then, an older woman came into the window and asked what the issue was in which I described the situation and again no explanation exactly as of WHY but still that I wasn’t able to get my food.
I very recently lost my dog, and got into a car accident right before getting my food and the absolute last thing I wanted was to fight with someone over a $7 McDonalds order.
Its not about the money, its the principle of the matter that I had placed the order and it was just talking to a wall with the only resolution being ” GO HOME “
I never, NEVER complain to corporate or write reviews like this but this was just so mind boggling that there was no explanation or any additional information as of why they couldn’t give me my order- or at the very least treat me with just a little bit of respect?
You never know the kind of day someone is having.

I went in and ordered. There was a lady in a man standing just inside the door. When the young boy walked up to the register he had his phone in his hand. The whole time he was looking down at his phone mumbling while he took my order. Even when he brought my food out he was looking down at his phone the whole time and just held out his arm. When I walked out the lady standing with the man said have a nice day. So I take it she was the manager. This boy should be fired. He has no customer service and no respect and if that was the manager and I’m sure it was and she didn’t fire him after observing that. She should be fired as well.

Went through the drive though to get the grinch meal. The drive through employee refused to sell me one “so they can have some for tomorrow”. I didn’t realize my money wasn’t good enough. Terrible customer service skills and extremely rude . Watched them hand out 2 box’s to the cars in front of me. It feels like because the employee was black and I’m white. Will be calling corporate to handling the racism.

This location needs a new team or to be shut down entirely. It’s fast food, but my god are the people rude, unprofessional and mishandling food. Perhaps if they’re weren’t over worked, under paid and undervalued the staff would actually care enough to deliver quality food and a decent experience.

It’s a hit and miss here. Normally when I order in the drive thru or in person its okay to a extent. But when I order doordash from this restaurant it has been terrible every single time. Either were missing a few items or the actual food is all wrong. Dont recommend dd mcds
