Oh my gosh, I had Naomi’s burger here that had burnt ends on top of it!! I used the Char bar ketchup, and it was delicious. I ordered a sweet potato fries and they are exceptional even though regular french fries are always my favorite.

Food and service were absolutely amazing! We are spending a few days in KC celebrating my birthday (which our server asked us about) and she went above and beyond to make our night special. I am also gluten free and she was very knowledgeable on the menu, which put my mind at ease. We really wish we remembered her name because she truly made the experience a 10/10. Would definitely try the gluten free mac and cheese, it was amazing.

Beer Kitchen in KC truly exceeded our expectations for a birthday brunch celebration! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was lively and inviting. Our server, Lohgann, was absolutely phenomenal. We were celebrating a friend who primarily speaks Spanish, and Lohgann went above and beyond to ensure she felt completely comfortable and understood, even using their phone to translate! That level of personalized, inclusive customer service is truly remarkable and rarely seen.
To start, we ordered the baby donuts and waffle sticks, and wow, what an excellent choice! They were absolutely delicious and the perfect way to kick off our meal. For our main courses, we enjoyed the waffle and chicken, a perfectly cooked salmon, and the avocado egg Benedict – every dish was top-notch and bursting with flavor.
We highly recommend Beer Kitchen, not only for their fantastic food but especially for their outstanding service. A huge thank you to Lohgann for creating such an excellent and inclusive space for us to celebrate our friend’s birthday. We will definitely be back!

We had a large group and were reasonably well accommodated. The staff was helpful and concerned with our having a good time. The kitchen had no problem accommodating some dietary restrictions.
We went for happy hour and stayed for dinner. The happy hour specials weren’t spectacular bargains but the food was good. The two of us spent over $100 for several appetizers and a light meal with cocktails.
On the whole, the group was happy with the decision to go there and will likely return.

Our server was excellent and the food was great! The burger with burnt ends and a side of parmesan fries is definitely recommended. Also, if you want something a little less heavy but still delicious, get a salad with grilled chicken. The chicken that they add to the salads has a nice charcoal flavor. Fantastic beer selection!

I’ve never had a bad meal here. Their burgers are really tasty and so are their salads. You have to get the fries and try some of their sauces – so good! They have a very wide assortment of beers as well as a cocktail and non alcoholic menu. Beer Kitchen does a nice job of catering to gluten free diners. They have a whole gluten free food and beer/cider menu!
