Worst McDonald’s in town. They never get the order right, I’ve ate at this one atleast 15 times because it’s close to my house. Out for those 15 maybe 5 of the times I didn’t have anything wrong. This location you have to check your bag before leaving every. Single. Time. Because they are going to mess it up. And if you tell them they messed up be prepared for them to be offended.
Also, you will wait 15 minutes for your food, if you go inside you better grab a seat, and if you’re in the drive thru be prepared to be told to go to a parking spot and wait for your food.
Awful, will drive the extra 10 minutes from this point forward and go to a different food place.
New management and a whole new team would be required to fix this place, they’re all incompetent.

Following the placement of my order, I experienced a 15-minute delay before any interaction at the initial service window, where I observed a prolonged period of inaction. Upon proceeding to the subsequent window, I encountered a similar lack of engagement. The transaction was not completed, and no payment was processed. This experience significantly detracted from the expected service speed. Given the inefficient service and the corroborating negative feedback, I will not be returning to this establishment.

Worst experience I have ever had at mcdonalds! The level of stupidity that works inside is ridiculous. After everything they messed up and left out all the guy offered was (a 6 peice nugget next time we came back) which we Want and live far away anyways. Wow, so I go through the drive-thru at around 9:45 am at the Ocoee Mcdonalds and told my order to each person/window I came into contact with (2) of the $2.50 chicken biscuits with a large vanilla cappuccino.
I get to the window and get handed a small cappuccino (the receipt said medium, but I ordered a large. I said it multiple times) and was told that the small was their large. A flat-out lie. I asked for a refund because i wanted my money back. I don’t have $5 to spend on a small cappuccino. They handed me 2 sausage biscuits (I ordered chicken) and poured the small cappuccino into a large cup and handed that to me cold and nasty. I still only got a small cappuccino transferred to a large.
I called the store to tell them and I was hung up on when I asked to speak to a manager so i called back thinking it was an accident and the line disconnected, no, they didn’t answer when i called back three more times back to back. I needed to speak to the manager while it was happening because I handed the girl back my receipt because i was half asleep but i have my entire order as proof. Ive worked in customer service for 15 years so this is hard to even post. This is the worst service I’ve ever had the dissatisfaction of experiencing. Im not eating this because I have a food allergy and I’m just appalled at the situation I was experienced.

Worst ever. Ordered 2 fish fllets with very light tartar sauce, both had enough sauce on then to put on 4 more fish, it was disgusting. Why can’t your people ever put the fish and 1/2 cheese slice on the bread properly, its always crooked. Ordered a sweet tea but it was not sweet, nothing difficult there, its usually already made just fill the cup. The fries were barely warm so the only decent thing was my diet coke, no ice exactly as ordered. I paid 26$ for this crappy meal, so sick of giving McDonalds good money, more than what the food is worth even when they get the order right but when its all screwed up it makes things even worse. Guess I need to taste my drink, check my sandwiches and see if the fries are hot before I pull away from the drive up window. These workers want to be paid more money and they can’t get simple order correct, they need a decrease in pay or at the least have to pay for the meals that they botch. I certainly hope the owner of this particular. McDonalds sees this, maybe he’ll care enough to makes some changes.

I try to never come to the McDonald’s in Ocoee Tn but this is where my husband wanted to eat dinner before work so this is where we came. This trip only supported my reasoning as to why I don’t come here. My husband and i were the only 2 in line to order and the othere couple that were in the place were leaving and the place was dirty. Broom propped up at a table but no one in sight that was actually going to use it so it was mainly there to be a tripping hazard for someone. We had to clean our table before we could put our food down. There was trash all over the floor and drink well area and the meanwhile you have 2 workers behind the counter chatting while the 3rd was on his phone texting. What happened to the motto of “if you have time to lean, you have time to clean”? This is clearly not a do over for me. Nasty, nasty, nasty.
